That sounds yummy. Haven't bught wine for ages(last christmas I think) but have decided to get some of that I love fruity stuff so s*d it I'M GOING TO BUY SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for your time.Annie.X

And a big bar of Chocolate - they do some good ones in LIDL - I forget the name, but there is a coffee flavoured bar that will go perfectly with that plum wine - no need for the soda.:beer: :beer:

annie just found out about your day ..had read this thread before but hadn't managed to keep up with it ..my heart totally goes out to you ..you handled the situation far better than i ever could you should be proud of the way you have....keeping my fingers crossed this is the last you see this poor excuse for a human being..chin up hun

I hope he gets a really bad attack of diarreaha (sp?) and can't get off the loo for a week! :T (Childish I know and possibly disgusting but it would be well deserved!:cool: )

I did warn you, let's at least hope others see your plight and take steps to prevent such an event occurring to them.

NEVER EVER agree to a bailiff attending your house to collect monies!

I'm sorry for your experience Annie, I have protected friends from the likes of bottom feeders like this in the past and fully appreciate the ball of doom and gloom they inflict on their victims.


Unfortunately for you time is now of the essence in order to avoid some of the other predictions I made in earlier posts. This scumsucker WILL be back if you do not settle, next time he will wait until he sees you leave your property before entering probably causing a good deal of damage to your property in order to do so.

Oh my god! Well the agreement is that I will pay the balance on Friday oct13th(! just noticed the date) But as they have now told me to pay the office by cheque I thought that I'd send it by recorded delivery on Monday 8th as the money will be in the account by thewed of that week. Do you think thats ok. Have also written to the MP today as well. Thanks for your help. Annie

Hi anniestar, what a little @*&% how dare he act like that! Can you report him to the police for intimidation and trespass? It was a first visit and you never invited him in. I really feel for you, hope you have had your glass/bottle of wine and choccies. Lots of hugs coming your way.

PS if it was me I would try and hand deliver the cheque to them and get a receipt (unless they are too far away) I wouldn't trust them at all.
