    Oh hun :(

I've just read the thread from start to finish and I don't have anything to add that people haven't said. What a nasty evil little man. With a temper and attitude like that he's certainley over-compensating for something else.

I hope he gets his comeuppance!

Thank you so much for your kind comments. He WAS a little man A very mean spirited troll!!

    Any time!

Your comments about confronting him with no make up made me laugh :) Things always seem a little brighter when you have a sense of humour to face them with and it's fantastic when you can talk to a like minded person to explain your case to and they make you feel better and do do everything they can to help.

And then you get the pathetic wastes of space like him

I wish you all the luck in clearing your debt with him and hope you find away to channel the frustration he makes you feel in to complaining about him and hopefully he will be dealt with for his unacceptable behaviour.

    Good luck! :T

Well quick update. Got reply from MP who has sent a very stern letter to the chief executive of the local authority regarding the antics of "my mate",questioning the pretend visits and the charges. She told me to NOT pay the money( of which i'd paid half when he came a calling and have sent of the second half last week) However I HAVEN'T sent the disputed charges as they can go and rot in h**l. On the bottom in handwriting she had acknowledged the third letter(2nd one was about the BBC programme) with regard to the visit and what went on.So when I get further communication fromm either the MP or the Local authority i'l let you know. To be honest i'm just glad we dont owe them anything any more. NEVER AGAIN.

Glad to hear you're getting somewhere with it all, Anniestar.

I wonder, if you'd ended up overpaying, would you send bailiffs round to their place to recover the money?
