esmer and julie............super makes :T
midnight - herbal tea makes a change..........mind you nobody in our family likes herbal tea.........:(
Going to have to think what to get for the lad who we look after...............he usually gets money and had asked for much the same but I'd like to do him a box of stuff that he hasn't seen me make like retro sweet box (if I can get out to the sweet shop), pot of gold with lottery ticket in (he'll be 16 in January so was thinking of that for his birthday)
I've done a sock snowman for him - one sock stuffed with two more pairs......he's got his own mugs ............I'll do him a couple of tea bags in a sort of card/sachet (think I might have one already done thats not spoken for).............any other ideas will be welcome -long as they're easy.........I'm not that clever..........lol:rotfl:I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

i wont say shipping is the quickest though, especially at this time of year, but a great service, and unless you buy in major bulk from the US, i havent found better or cheaper
i did start taking pics yesterday
but everything was on hold
managed to get daughter home from school, took 4 hours, son has only just got back, cars are abandoned everywhere today0 -
dizzytina - what lovely makes and super colours you've used. Makes me want to start all over again but I musn't - just remember for next year.
No crafting today..........wrapping !! What a muddle I get into...........got boxes downstairs and stuff wouldn't fit in right for son so I swapped his 'pint of socks' for sock snowman -could squash that down better. His girlfriends was harder what with recipe box, pashmina, tea towel I'd done a border on, reindeer choccy, -forget what else as I gave up when I'd just managed to get the lid on and tie ribbon round it. Got upstairs with it and found necklace and bracelet I'd picked up from the charity shop for her  So, going to have a re-think tomorrow I think. I'm giving them a brownie mix and that has to stay upright so I'll put that in a basket and maybe the recipe box will go in there and anything else thats edible.........jar of choccys, shortbreads, even maybe 'pint of socks'............lol
Found another pair of socks upstairs (amazing what you find when you start ''organising'' things.........so think another jar of ''sock jam'' to put in the basket with the 'edibles'.............they're lady's socks so son won't think he's getting inundated with socks for christmas.......................lolI would be unstoppable if only I could get started !
