2 Craft stanps I got from Hobbycraft reduce to £1.49

Maybe i'm just a bit tight but I couldn't believe how expensive everything was and people had baskets full OMG. Anyway it was more the fact that I had seen lots of the same stuff elsewhere cheaper. They had the star cookie cutter at £3.99.

I didn't get any ink for the stamps as I had run out of money by that point , I had a look but wasn't sure what to get I did see these, seems good value anyone else used them. £11.99 reduced to £8.99. Its only for my daughter for making christmas cards and tags (going to take out christmassy colours and the rest goes in her crafting hamper.)

Me too, the quote on it was rather apt

I knew someone was going to ask that , Its a store in Glasgow that I haven't been in before its huge and it does have a lot of tat but some hidden gems too

They had the tins in lots of different sizes

Im away to look online and see if I can get the name, i'll let you know

I'm sure its called the village shop / store its like a mix of au natural and an old department store

Maybe someone else knows its where the old au natural store used to be just off buchanan street and Nelson Mandela place, next to Amarone resturant

    nicalo - lovely bargains............well done you:T

All I've done today is cover a gravy tub (not sure whats going in it -choccys of some sort I think) , covered an empty anadin packet (just the right size for the pebble I painted 'smile' on) and did two fabric hearts from some free samples I'd had.
Doesn't sound like much but I did have a lengthy phone call mid-day............thats my excuse anyway...........lol:rotfl:

  • Im making Christmas stockings and santa sacks this year and just thought Id mention that Asda are currently doing a 2 for £3 on red fleece blankets. They are really big (around 1.5m x 1.25m each) so you are getting just under 4 square metres for £3. Its same colour as the scarf on my fat cat that I posted earlier so great colour for Xmas stuff. (I now have 4 of them!!) :money:

Hello all, I've spent a lovely morning in the kitchen. I've made some muffins, fed my Christmas cakes and had an attempt at the cookie Christmas tree. Took a while to make and there's a few things I will do differently when I make them as gifts, but overall, I am happy with the result. :j
