Just got through to cs on the 0800505555 number.
They took all my details and gave me a reference number, said someone was dealing with the console problems and would get back to me ...... so hopefully all i have to do now is sit and wait!0 -

I've had problems with the game console deal over the w/e. I need to phone the HO this morning. I am not good in the phone and my english is not very good either. I am so nervious. Could someone (who had done this already) please tell me what sort of info they've asked so I can be prepared.0 -

On Saturday I bought a Kodak C310 4mp digital camera with printer reduced to £79.93 (out of date SEL but scanned at £79.93). In store was also the C310 4mp digital camera scanning at £69.93. So no r & r on this one.0

was wondering if someone could help still a newbie really what it is is that i bought a ds and gotw on the 13 sept discount of ten pounds didnt come off i went to cs desk and was fobbed of with only give you the discount of the game i refused and said about the price promice and was still told no so i took a refund and phoned customer services they phoned store and said manager refuses but offered you discount off the game told them was not happy and told me to send email which i did have never heard back also wrote a letter and never got a reply was wondering if i should ring back or just leave it as i just took a refund. thankyou0

Phone CS and explain what has happened and tell them that you are really not happy that this has not been dealt with, considering it's now been well over a week.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

First thing they will normally ask you for is your post code and house number. They will ask your name and the nature of your enquiry. Once you've explained what happened, they'll probably tell you that there's a dedicated team dealing with this issue and one of the team will have to call you back. They'll tell you that they are very busy at the moment, which is true considering how many Xboxes, etc, they overcharged on over the weekend, and you probably won't hear until this afternoon.
You've no need to feel nervous. You have not done anything wrong. In fact, you are the one that has been wronged in that you were overcharged, then refused a full refund under Tesco Policy. Be confident and you will get what you desire.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.
