Can I just get this right? sorry, I'm sure it's crystal clear somewhere along this 50+ page thread but.....

What you are saying is, you go into Tesco, see an item that you know is £200, but the out of date promotions material or shelf label says £150.

You go to the till, get charged £200, buy it, then go to customer service show the receipt against the out of date promotional material / shelf label. They give you a refund AND you keep the item???????

Siam - I think what the guys are telling you is that you have to buy Just Cause. The poster says Just Cause is the GOTW but it isn't ! Apparently HO have sent out posters with the wrong game so the computer system doesn't recognise it and the discount doesn't come off. They are supposed to have taken the posters down according to earlier posts on here but some stores have still got it up. I got one yesterday in 5 minutes flat complete with an apology for my trouble !

I'm only a beginner in all this so I may be wrong - but thats how I understand it.

Yes. You've got the general idea. The console issue at the moment isn't even about out of date POS. The POS is current, but it's wrong.

I've been following this thread (as much as I can) on xboxes etc and have managed to stay out if it and leave you to it... S much as my younger brother thinks I should be out there finding one for him...

Anyway, just wanted to remind you all that today, the MONDAY you've all been waiting for is a Scottish bank holiday! So, I'm not sure how much joy you will have but best of luck to you all!
