Mattmaggoo, so long as you are charged a higher price than has been display on the shelf ( or got C/S to do..this is more rock solid as they have no way of denying it ) then it counts.

you will find that Tesco staff/manglers wil be the ones finding the most crappy excuses, in my experience, and from advise taken from many posters here, I do not get into any argument or dispute, if it don't work then just walk away with your receipt and the goods and contact H/O.

Apparetnly , if u ant to keep a long life in the rr game, u need not draw attention to yourself...

Im very new to this R&R caper. My first item was a PSP; thank you SO much for that guys! [Incidentally, if you upgrade the firmware to play Tekken cos you don't know any better you can still use an automatic downgrader if you want to play homebrew, much to my relief ] Massive thanks to the OP on this console debacle (didin't manage to get an XBOX360 cos they removed all the posters etc...)

I also managed to get some Organic Beef Joints last night (three of them at just under £20 in total). The SEL expired on 9th September! :rolleyes:

So, there's your answer. You can ask by name because a CS told you on Saturday that you'd need to speak to one of those three people, as they were dealing with this issue. Say that you were told it is a known issue.

Does anyone else find it funny that originally it was Kevin then Kevin and Joanne and now we have 3 staff to do with the huge number of console issues :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I just hope the last edition isn't the same person dealing with my phone problem. She won't have time to call with all you lot ringing up. I'm not bitter I didn't get an xbox

Just a quick note to say good luck to everyone with HO today, I'm off out in a min to try and track me down a PSP or another Xbox before its too late. (REALLY want a psp)

If I were to get an Xbox would anyone be willing to swap it for a PSP?

What I just don't get is.... if I went to my local store today, the Xbox posters were still up, the GOTW in stock, and I still have chance of an R&R ? How come the 'central computer system' isn't updated daily ?! I had a right earful yesterday trying to get a second identical item R&R'd. Was told HO only allow one per customer because the system takes 24 hours to update ?!? Mmm, bollox eh ?

Ps. Which Xbox system do I need to try for to stand a chance ?
