If there are no prices at all this is already a breach of pricing policy etc.
but as far as r&r is concerned the best you can hopefor is getting undercharged. I cant see any possible way of obtaining r&r when the word "from" is used.

PSP - discount doesn't come off when you buy the £149.99 PSP (base pack). As far as I know, it doesn't come off the £179.99 white value pack, either. You can check it because the ones the offer does work on have yellow SELs. The ones the offer won't work on have white SELs.

The GOTW advertised for the Xbox 360 (Just Cause) is wrong. The discount won't come off if you buy the advertised GOTW. You need to make sure the offer is advertised, however (and it states the relevant GOTW).

I bought the XBox and the game Just Cause and the discount did come off. Any ideas why

Yes. Ring CS on Monday. The POS does not specify which PSP pack the offer applies to. It leads the customer to believe it applies to ALL PSP consoles, including the one you bought. As far as Trading Standards is concerned, POS must be clear and unambiguous.

I bought the XBox and the game Just Cause and the discount did come off. Any ideas why


have done it twice today and discount never came off, can't understand why it didn't for you

Then another snotty nosed manager came down and sided with the other staff, I demanded the Store Manager who came down and spoke nice to me, saw the problem straight away and with a smile said I was right and all the staff were wrong!
Woohooo! Free Freezer!

I need one too for all the meat. Did they take down the SEL
