  • If I worked in McD and you spat on my floor because there was bit of pickle in your burger, I know what Id suggest someone do in your burger next time you came in

Spitting on the floor in any circumstances is disgusting and possibly illegal and if its not it should be

When my family and I go to Mcdonalds, which is not as often as we used too. We always order burgers without Pickles. This ensures that we get a hot burger and not something that has been sat on the side for 20 to 30 minutes depending on the time of the day.

We make a point of reminding the person serving us that all burgers are without pickles.

I always start my stopwatch as soon as I have finished giving the order and then ask how long it will be. Normally I am quoted 5 minutes which I am perfectly happy about.

We take our seats and wait for our food to be brought across to us as they don't like you to stand by the counter.

If we do not have our food within 10 mins of the order being given I always ask for a refund and then leave the resturant. On most occassions we get our food and a refund. I can accept that if they are busy we may have to wait a little longer. For this I allow 13 minutes.

The biggest reason for getting a refund is that normally one of the burgers that we have asked for comes across with pickles on it. Something that we ensure the person serving us knows that we don't want.

I also make a point that if I bite into a burger with a pickle in it, I spit it out on the floor and start going mad about the service and the fact that people cannot do what they are asked. I do not just do this at one particular Macdonalds I will do it all over the country.

Another thing that normally gets me a refund is when the food has been sat on top of the Bin for 5 minutes instead of being put in the Bin to keep warm. (Bin, The meatal container behind the tills where the food is kept hot)

Macdonalds should also teach some manners to a small percentage of people that serve behind the tills. Some of them do not give a flying F*** about customer service.

Out all the places in the world that we have sampled Macdonalds and that is over 10 different countries. The best service, hottest meals, quckest service was on St Maarten in the caribbean. It was also very cheap as well.

i have never ever posted a bad word about anyone but who the hell do you think you are?
if you had freinds round for dinner and you made a slight mistake would you appreciate it if they spat food all over your floor?
what fun it must be to go out on a family trip with you if all you want to do is sit there with a stop watch and complain?
why go in mcdonalds just to be awkward?
you really have made yourself out to be a arrogant , dont care about anyone else idiot...(i was going to use a swear word but thought better of it)

To be honest I don't give a monkeys what you think!

You don't know me or my children who are 19 and 22.

If you think what I do is bad then you should see some of the things that I have seen in my life, spiting food on the floor is nothing.

Oh well that makes it ok then.......perhaps you have seen worse things in your life, perhaps I have also......who knows? I don't know where you've been and what you've seen just as you have no idea about me I am entitled to express my distaste at your poor manners. But your past history does not make spitting on the floor purposely in a place where other people are eating excusable!
  • and another thing i just noticed your a southerner living up north , well , i hope i dont know you or ever know and hopefully you will move back to where you come from

Would you be friends with this guy never mind invite him round for dinner? I see he is now pretending to have prevoked the reaction he got from most people

    How Sad

Well I guess it's the reaction you could expect from someone who brags about their childish behaviour spitting on floors in a public place.

I am surprised by the fact that a frequent poster who has been thanked so often would be so puerile.

    I agree with you.

Although it could lead to what may be an interesting debate about whether the service in McDs is poor on ocassion because of the staff they hire, their business ethic or the behaviour of market they serve.

i dont like spitting at the best of times especially where there are children around i dont think its fair on the children because they have no sense of germs and i find dirty habits very stressful as a parent of little ones, i hate people throwing spit all over the playarea at our park too all down the slide etc we have to clean it before they can get on and i always hate people throwing lit fags around too it would be cleaner if people were more thoughtful to others (sorry to go off on a tangent but i think spitting is unecessary in any form)
