The salads in mac'd are less healthy than the burgers! lol
But i must ask you all not to be steriotypeical about mac'ds workers. A few might be bad, like with any establishment, but the magority are ok.:p
i agree, anywhere you go you may encouter rude people or inferior products, this is due to human error becuase people arent perfect. most try their best but a select few dont care, it doesnt mean that you can paint everyoen with the same brush. most maccies employees are what we called 'macheads' and really caer about their jobs, know all their stuff and follow all guidlines to a 'T'.:T The best things in life are FREE! :T0 -

can anyone tell me if the three minute rule still exists if they have told me to wait whilst they cook the fish fingers(because i think they tend to put them in fresh each time) do the fish fingers take longer than 3 minutes anyway so maybe they could get out of refund? i dont want to show myself up when they say i told you to wait while we cook fish fingers!!!! please help cos we are always left waiting a good ten minutes! thanks!0

They take longer than 3 minutes to cook and I would rather wait myself than have under cooked food. Fish fingers aren't a high seller and are usually cooked to order. I would personally rather have food cooked to order than something which has been sat in the production bin for ages. The new deli sandwiches are also cooked to order, aswell as grill orders and things like fillets.
I worked for the company aswell for a few years and never once was a 3 minute rule mentioned. They always emphasised it was not a fast food place and was a restaurant. If a customer had waited an excessive amount of time the manager would usually offer either free deserts or a refund/partial refund. One day I might be more organised...........

This "3 minutes wait or you get a refund" rule does not exist, it is untrue that you are entitled to anything.0 -

true, ive heard all sorts of story's from people who work there, rangeing from spitting in foods before being brought out, one person did a wee in the chip fryer when shop front was still closed, thats how hygenic they are, but i suppose its the company's fault for hiring such young staff , i say-pay a bit more and get decent staff !!0 -
McDonalds are a disgrace. One of the most unethical companies in the world and should be avoided by anyone who values their health- or has a conscience.
