Not sure if many people know this but in Mcdonalds terms or service policy if you like, states that if you have to wait for 20 minutes or longer to be served you are entitled to a full refund as well as your meal.

I thought it was 3 minutes too - although I'm not sure I'd ever have the bottle to try it!

20 minutes and i'd have been giving the manager a severe dressing down!

Must just be our poor Mcdonalds around me then but i've been in the drive through when busy and then been asked to park in "space 1" (their 2 spaces) whilst they get my order and i've seen many people wait over 10 minutes there as well as inside.

They should do what Burger king do, have burgers prepared and just "zap" them in the microwave when you order.
