I read that you could print off the 'double up' vouchers at home and the offer is nearly over so it sounded great. With my £16 of clubcard vouchers in my hand, I had a quick check as to whether I'd mislaid any, just out of idle curiosity. Amazingly, the site listed £42 worth - an extra £26 worth!

I've printed off £80 in 'double up' vouchers for the opticians - that's my contact lenses sorted out for the forseeable future. Thanks, Tesco (and it's not often I say that!!!)

I was a little annoyed about having vouchers sent through post and only had a few weeks to use them (thats what mad me not shop there alot). And had heard that some members in my family didnt get any vouchers sent though the post and just had their points mount up, which was also annoying as I phoned Tesco up to see if they could do this for me but they said they could not.

But now I can get my long lost vouchers (as I never used any) but I am trying to buy some earphones on tescos direct and it says "August Clubcard Exchange:£5 turns into £10 to spend on mobile phones & accessories until 11/09/2011" but does not seem to work at check out as my £5 voucher only takes off £5 instead of £10. Any Ideas Please.

Didn’t realise that you had to manually double up your club card points and then spend thought that you just put in the points when buying off Tesco direct and they do this for you (as everywhere else would). I wrote an email on the 31/08 about why my vouchers weren’t doubling up and though I had until the 11/09 as from above. I am very annoyed and won’t be going back to Tescos because of this.
  • found £54.40 I didn't know I had - now off to spend them...
  • Hi,

I just clicked on to my Clubcard account thinking I may as well check it out. I was fairly sure I had gone through all my vouchers recently but I found that I had £16.50 in vouchers unspent.

Very worth while checking as it only takes 2 minutes.
    Thanks MoneySavingExpert!!

I have posted this already on Food Shopping and Groceries board but just realised more people may see it on here.

Tesco.com have launched a new Clubcard mini-site, which gives a lot more detail about your CC account, points accrued, vouchers used etc etc. I posted this on the other board, as I found when I logged into it and looked in "Your Vouchers" section, that I had a £21 CC voucher dating back to last year that I hadn't used!! It seems that several other people have found the same thing - forgotten about or lost old vouchers - these can be either reissued in paper form by ringing Tesco CS, or else on the mini-site it actually gives you the online code for the unused voucher so you can use it for online purchases or rewards! :)

As I say, I found £21 that I didn't know I had, so immediately used it to buy £80 of reward tokens (days out / restaurants)!!

Worth logging in and checking your account, cos you never know!!![/QUOTE]
