It's the fifth Voucher Exchange have now done, with info via TV ads., in-store hoardings, this site, and a step-by-step guide on the literature you would've had with your vouchers.
That is you use your new or previous vouchers to convert into voucher exchange coupons, of the product range that you are interested in, at the dedicated booth (or else CSD), that should've been done by the 1st of Sept., with these used by the 11th!

£13.50 thanks to this site...used with £6 off Mr M's Voucher & £4off £40 spend plus some coupons from BIS as recommended on this site.
So all in all a good haul last week! Mangaged to get nearly £50 off with BOGOF's as well.

Please re-check the voucher dates (some people only notice the day & month, and miss the year), the cash vouchers sent in early August should be dated - valid until 31st August 2013 i.e. two years from issue period.
If other members of your family have not had any vouchers, but have had their points accumulate its either because:
They are in the Christmas Club where the vouchers don't get compiled until the November mailing.
Or, they have changed address but have not informed Clubcard (vouchers not arriving is always a good clue), if mail is returned from the old address then points accumulate rather than any more vouchers being sent to the wrong address.
Moreover, to abide by Data Protection Law they could only change such details if they were speaking to the card holder.

Just read MSE tips on reclaiming Tesco vouchers (I only signed up to the website today!) and have discovered £51 of vouchers which I have changed into Prezzo vouchers worth £150 - many thanks!!! :j

I only heard about getting points back a few weeks ago beacuse have lost my card. I still got points as I shop online from registering a while back. So had to send for a new card and was waiting. When I got the card at the end of Aug I didnt have time to double up points because I thought it would be done automatically though payment and wasn’t working so had to send an email on the 31st Aug to ask how it was done. But didnt reply till the 06/09/11. Here is the response

I have had a look on the website for you, and the offer you mention is the "Big Exchange" which is being ran by our clubcard department. It allows for customers to use their clubcard vouchers to get coupons which are double the value and can be used on specific departments online or in store. The promotion ends on the 11th of september and to take advantage of this offer you can take your vouchers in to one of our larger stores or they can be exchanged through a link on the homepage of the Tesco.com website.
I hope this information helps and you are able to take advantage of the "Big Exchange".

But the person who I spoke to on the phone on the 2nd Sep said it was too late to double points.

Must have been my mistake about the points by not reading the year for the date of the points to expire as my card was not registered online I couldn’t check. As I have done this once before I assumed that all the posts that was sent with points on was only for a small period of time to be used.

I noticed on the clubcard envelope that you could get old vouchers on their site but could never actually find them. Is there a way I can get them resent since I don't have a printer
