    hi all
i have been trying to reclaim the clubcard vouchers as i have never used them, but not sure how to do it
i click on my account, then your vouchers, and theres nothing there did anyone else come across this problem?
    thanks

"Never used them" !? What have you been doing with them? How long have you had a clubcard? The vouchers only last for two years, so if you've been having vouchers for four years and not used them - only two years can be reclaimed.
" ... nothing there"! Sounds like you have another Clubcard linked ot your email address, e.g. did you in the past do an order on-line and not quote a clubcard no - hence the system made-up a virtual card for you.
Ring Clubcard, they can merge any other accounts(but NB this won't show history of merged card vouchers), and check your voucher history - converting your 'lost' ones back to points for the next mailing.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

  • Thanks MSE - I now have another £10 in vouchers to spend. What an excellent tip!:T

  • First post and wasn't sure where and how to post a new thread, read this and it seemed relevant. I logged in today for the first time and found £3.50 in Tesco vouchers I hadn't been aware of. Very pleased.
Here's my query though.......Tesco have a new Tesco Travel Store web page and are promoting this with a free holiday draw if you register for e-mails within a defined period. I did this today and also had a look at the web page. Tesco points are awarded when you book a holiday or a flight etc through this page.
It is not possible to use Tesco vouchers however to pay for anything through this page. I emailed asking for an explanation and got a reply stating that this was indeed the case, Tesco vouchers are not acceptable as payment but Tesco clubcard points are awared when anything is booked and paid for and I should refer to the 'Terms and Conditions'. Having little better to do, I referred myself to the T+C and couldn't locate the relevant 'get out' clause. I phoned Tesco Clubcard who said this was not unusual. I begged to differ and pointed out that the Tesco Travel Store web page is covered in Tesco logos, e-mail adrresses etc. I made the point to the Tesco Clubcard rep that this seemed to be nothing more than a referral site and was therefore somewhat disingenuous......I said Nectar did this kind of thing but were a bit more upfront about it. They disagreed vigourously. Any views anyone.............
  • Well happy with the info provided reclaimed £15.00 and £5.00 of that was from December 2009. :j

Well, I only found £1 that I had lost but its still £1 that is better in my pocket than theirs, so thanks MSE as I had no idea we could reclaim lost vouchers, Tesco is not my main supermarket so my vouchers tend to be small and I don't shop with them online (which I did consider) as they don't take my debit card (Visa Electron), even though they accept it in their stores, go figure!

Had a look, just out of curiosity, I always use my vouchers pretty much as soon as I get them but I was pleasantly shocked to find I had £5 unused from Nov 2009, must have cleared my receipts out of the wallet and accidentally chucked out a voucher.. Well chuffed :j
  • Ye gods!!!
