I accessed the Tesco Voucher site using my trusty Firefox browser (Version 3.6.18) and could not see all of my vouchers including the ones that I had been awarded 2 months ago. I haven't updated to the latest and greatest version of Firefox because I tried Version 4 and found it was slower on my single core portable. I switched to Google Chrome and I could then see all of the vouchers.

I've reported this to Tesco Web support but I'm not hopeful that they will fix it.

On the positive side I found £67.50 worth of vouchers that I'd somehow mislaid. Brilliant!

Just to say that I had £58 in unclaimed vouchers, my daughter the vast sum of $£4.50, mum £10 and my sister a massive £73, I have told all my friends to check their accounts with Tesco too. Although a friend has been trying for 2 days to get registered with Tesco and there is a 'fault' which they are trying to correct.

I had £18 worth of vouchers that i had no idea about !

I have one question only it has directed me to print them off and use in store , is this ok as i think the article said you had to call Tesco to get them sent out ?

I have them printed anyways and will take them in store just incase !

This is really a warning to read the small print. I used my clubcard vouchers to purchase rewards vouchers for a holiday. Had problems and did not use rewards vouchers within alloted 6 month period so returned them to Tesco and asked if they could be re-issued. Received a letter saying that since they were past the expiry date they had to be forfeited. I contacted Customer Services who were unable to help but gave me another email address. My request was dealt with very quickly and the reply was favourable - as a goodwill gesture they would re-issue the clubcard points but they stressed this was a one off. So do not assume, as I did, that just because they are past the use by date they will be re-issued they are definitely getting stricter.

Thanks for the tip on checking unused vouchers- just found over £50 worth of Tesco vouchers not used- don't know how that happened but am happy to spend them now !:p

Just printed off £9.50 of unclaimed vouchers. I can't believe I lost/mis-laid them. :T

The option to 'print them off' is only a recent one, therefore the info on the 'article' would've been right at the time the 'article' came out.
NB, if you print off the Aug ones and use that, you can't use the ones that arrive in the post!

tried to check but had to wait - said my details didn't match theirs, so sent them an email, got a friendly phone call - all had been put right,
after checking for unspent vouchers found £28,
nothing i want in their double up exchange so think i'l treat us to some nicey's :T

i have been trying to reclaim the clubcard vouchers as i have never used them but not sure how to do it

i click on my account then your vouchers and theres nothing there did anyone else come across this problem?
