Hi all

After reading the posts about missing points and vouchers I decided to log in and take a look, what I saw was a huge shock to me, none of the online shopping I have been doing in the past year or so has registered points on my card,

I have emailed them and asked where they are, this could amount to a lot of money for me. Including the double points offer on a sofa I purchased 18 months ago which would amount to £13!!!!!!!!!!!

I want my points!!!!! waiting to hear back from them about it now. Wonder what the outcome will be??

Have you checked your online account and made sure the clubcard is registered on there?
With the sofa, did you not notice on the mailings over the last 18 months that the points weren't on there?

Remember that the vouchers (other than the "buy-in-full" deals) are interchangeable. The important bit is to get the vouchers before they change to 3x. Don't worry too much about what you choose right now.

unfortunatley I haven't been getting the mailings as they were going to my old address which I have now changed

Lol. I'm made up that so many people have found vouchers they didn't realise they had... wonder how much it all adds up to? I bet Tesco are sorry they put this section on their site now
