has anybody exchanged their vouchers for double vouchers to use on tesco direct? I did but it said new vouchers be sent in post. I thought they would just send me a code in an email since i want to spend online, least i thought that was the sensible idea!:o

I adore Tesco Clubcard, tbh I don't spend that much there however ALL our family days out have been paid via them this year, things we just couldn't afford if it wasn't for this scheme. :beer: Tescos!

whoo hoo! I've just found £181 of vouchers I didn't know were there. The only problem is you can't get them reprinted and sent unitl January now :-(

Does anyone know if you can still use on-line if you have asked for new copies?

I would ask to speak to PR about this, say that you have seen this on MSE (so they know that you will report the answer back!), or get CEO email? Should be able to find it...

Hi, they will email these to you. I ordered some clothing double up vouchers yesterday and was miffed at the 5 days post bit-but low and behold 2 hours later the codes and confirmation email, were in my inbox. I ordered clothes and they have now been despatched.

Wow, thought I only had £21 of vouchers but it's actually £30 worth, will check tonight which ones I physically have then claim back the rest. Pity only going back two years as I know for a fact I lost a £10 one a few years ago.

Hi all, i finally managed to log in after phoning them as was having similiar problem as others. but i have no unspent vouchers just the ones that have jsut been sent out. oh well

Update! Inspired by this wonderful site, I decided to ring again and lo and behold the guy I spoke to today had no problem finding them on his system, mentioned no cut off date and said he would reissue!! I won't get them until the next mailling but thats fine if I haven't lost them all. Want to see it in print really but fingers crossed, I might have been lucky this time.
Thank you to the OP for this thread, I wouldn't have looked for them if I hadn't read this and if it comes to fruition I have £120.50 of lost vouchers reissued! I would say technically it certainly is a grabbit! ;D
