Thank you for this. I changed up some vouchers this week and thought I should have had more but couldn't find them so thought I must have spent them. Have just checked on line and found £51.00 unspent! A day out for the family I think.

Thankyou thankyou cagsd...Ive recently had £38 vouchers delivered,but when i checked the site I found i had another £18.50;s worth unclaimed from last November...I always had an inkling that i had lost some vouchers...this has confirmed it,but also allowed me to claim them back,brilliant,thanks again.x

Brilliant. I got £17.50 of unused vouchers back, dating back to February 2009. I will receive them in December, in time for Xmas. Also Customer service number is 0800 so was a free call too. Recommend everyone does this check.

£29.50 for me Only knew about £12, but have moved house a few times in the last 2 years so clearly lost a few along the way! Plus managed to update my address details as it was still being sent to the old place!

So £110 in Pizza Express and Bella Italia vouchers on their way!

Instead of finding 'lost' vouchers, the website is missing some of the vouchers I had stashed in my drawer. I'm £11.50 down if their calculations are right. But they aren't showing on the 'used vouchers' list either.

I will try to use these vouchers to buy a holiday this week....hopefully it might work out!

You need to check the REWARDS catalog or website quick - you've got till the end of November to purchase a day out, holiday, anything from the catalog for FOUR TIMES the face value of the voucher.

Yippee!! I have 'found' £25 of lost vouchers which, along with £32 that I have just earned from the last few months of shopping, is a super result! Xmas was going to be tight this year but if I spend wisely I could have four times that amount. Thank you.
