Reclaim lost Tesco points: Report your SUCCESSES

IMMEDIATELY went onto Tesco online and found that I had lost £21.00 in vouchers - £10 which was due to expire in February!!! Points now been rolled over to my December mailing - every littles help for Xmas!!:j

I logged in as I have locked my vouchers in a drawer and lost hte key! I've been hoarding them all year to get myself a new phone andd when I looked online I have £158 (yes, one hundred and fifty eight pounds - do I win a prize for being the highest?) to spend. The helpful man on th ephone said he wouldn't reissue them as they wqouldn't arrive until after the current big exchange has finished but he did find an additional £15 that had expired and reissued that for the next voucher batch in December. Shame the iPhone isn't included in the big voucher exchange as £158 x 2 = £302, well on the way to a £349 and £20 a month iPhone 4. I'll settle for a swanky new FREE Samsung or LG instead.

Ooh I found £6.50 which I put the £5 to clubcard deals for the eurotunnel and asked for the £1.50 to be re issued in the December statement.
Really chuffed, better than nothing!:T

Just been trying to use Tesc online system but has been down all day so far! So called their customer support 0800 number. Very helpful and will supply all the usused active vouchers by post asap!
Got to be easier than online?

I told my work friend Lyn what to do and she had £96 worth missing. Some back from August 2009.
I really don't know what she must have done with them lol

Anyway she is over the moon.

Fantastic! Had about £40 i thought i'd mislaid! sent for rHS membership, normally £49 only used £16 of vouchers. Wanted to do this anyway but would have missed it as has to be inapplied by Nov 16th. Mine runs out end of November so perfect timing. Was dead easy, site not slow etc as suggested. Thanks! :j

Just checked the site and found I have £65 worth of vouchers unclaimed. I had called customer services last year to say I had lost vouchers but they just told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Thanks again.....:T
