they may have a bumper month or they may not have a bumper month...
those who reckon they can predict the future so vocally; obviously have a wish list or need house prices to fall in value so they can buy a house...
I don't need prices to fall to move house. Could buy today but I'm still not buying when prices are about to fall 20-30%0 -

btw - they fell 20%-30% and have popped back up again.
why didn't you buy then...0 -
well done - i bet that you're a big hit with the ladies when you tell them that...
good luck with that - it must be getting very cold on hope mountain

Actually I don't discuss anything about my financial situation with ladies, I'd rather have them think I'm broke.
I mean 20-30% from here. I wasn't going to buy before the bottom, although this dead cat bounce was a bit bigger than I expected granted.0 -

At first glance I thought the title of this thread was simply:Soon it will be September according to EAs
I was thinking to myself that surely the housing market isn't so dead that bored Estate Agents are issuing press releases telling us what month it is. And if they were the title of the article would be:
Soon we will see a sumptious, spacious, long and rewarding September, bristling with sunny weekends, elongated Tuesdays that fill your soul with joy and effervescent Thursdays that you and your family will never grow tired of enjoying.0 -

The last time I dropped a cat it didn't bounce back up to the level I dropped it from over a period of about 18 months.
So I just put them in wheelie bins now.0 -

why do EAs fool themselves. Irrespective of snow, worldcup, summerholidays, people who need to find a home will find a home.the whole of the UK doesnt leave the UK in summer.0
