Preparation is the keep ,rehearse it so often that you eat and sleep it ,then ,when then the day comes you will know what you are about and realize that you have done your best and feel an inner confidence, preparation is the key and research .I have been to assessment centres for promotion ,and realized that it is all a game ,it does not really find the best person just the best prepared.

    I didn't get it! :(

Basically I done the best presentation, but lost out on the compentency based questions as other candiates that applied have used the systems I would be training. I've always been under the impression that a good trainer can train anything.. wether they know the systems or not! But there you go!

Hope the other peeps that have interviews are more successful then me!!!

Sorry to hear that, but there will be other jobs. Better luck next time.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

K9cuddles = sorry to hear you didn't get the job. Yes you are right a good trainer should be able to train anything. However, I see more and more specific trainers around at the moment, and companies not realising why their training costs are escalating. Put it down to experience, and start looking for another one....what do they say about buses - they come in pairs...I'm sure jobs are like buses so there must be another one there for the taking. Big hugs
