Well Done K9 - and good luck for the job. No matter what the outcome it seems like it has shown you that you know what job you want and you can go for it!

    Hi K9,

Im glad it went really well dont worry and good luck.

.....Guess what? i had a phone call from an agency and have a interview on Monday. :j

I have been told that EDS like my CV and want to invite me to attend an accessment centre. I have been through one of these before but i really HATE the Maths test, my maths is not the best and they always seems so difficult.

I am ok with my interview techinques and group work etc its just the maths i have a problem with  .....can you or anyone help with this?

    Cheers, D

D - congrats on getting that far and good luck.

My advice for tests is practice, practice, practice! From now until then hit any puzzles you can - soduko, crosswords etc - you can even pick up practice test books from the business section of WH Smith or trying finding some online for practice. But the more you do them the easier they become.

More tips and sample tests here (about half way down the page)

    Good luck!

  • i think the problem i have is confidence too - I so need to get over all this

I am with customers all day long in my job in mortgages - no confidence issues at all. but get me 1:1 with a manager talking about my self, or an interview, or being observed by a supervisor i apsolutely hate that
