Edited anyway , but its just a reflection of how I feel . Yes they are scrounging paracites, I cant do anything about that , but they dont keep their buisness private , they bring it on the street , although he has never hit her publically.

She urinates on peoples dorrsteps , in cabs , sits on peoples doorsteps . Comes out onto the street semi naked , not a preety site and not one I want my son seeing. Its effecting our quality of life

"semi naked...making love in public view"....they may be criminal offences....get photographic or video evidence...call the police....have them arrested and shame them by posting the video (edited to cover the naughty bits) on youtube (that last suggestion is for fun) the housing authority will then have to do something about the exhibitionism....in Newcastle a couple got an asbo for making too much noise making love....I would think you would get an even better result if they are pervs and exhibitionists

Unfortunatly their making love consists of her being visible whilst he is behind her . It may come down to outrage public decency , but their is no exposure as no genitals can be seen. I have not witnessed this firsthand , but his neighbours have. The semi naked thing is hotpants and very see through t shirt , again , probaly no intention to expose , however shes in her 50s and its not a preety sight at all . coupled with their alchoholic behaviour we can proble get them for alchololic related public order . Their poor neighbour is in his late 70's and has to cover his granchildrens ears when they are argueing as the swearing is terrible. The violence is kept behind closed doors and he is very manipulative. His neighbour is scared to do anything because hes lived there 30 years and doesnt want any trouble.

Ive been off this week and the police have visited 5 times and an amblulance twice .... They are a waste of space and a blight on the community , but the police had no eviodence of assault against his partner ( the HA said if he was sent down they would evict him) as she wouldnt press charges , even though she was in a coma for 2 days .

Its making me ill , as my son cant play outside because im scared of what may happen if they come out . I sound feeble dont I .

And surely you'd be with him out back, or very close by? If something kicks off, quietly take him inside. I imagine they keep odd sleeping hours and are rarely up and about early so let your son play out then, perhaps?

I presume your toddler doesn't look out of the upstairs windows? Can you put up better fencing for when he is in the garden?

Or do you have communal gardens?

I'm afraid you need to stick to the relevent facts.

Her being scantily dressed and not looking pretty is not against the law.

Them being alcoholics and on benefits is not against the law.

Police and ambulances turning up is not against the law as such either.

Keep a diary but only put relevent stuff in it or you will be taken less seriously.

Have you spoken to your local CSO about this? They can be more helpful and supportive than the actual police sometimes.

Her being scantily dressed and not looking pretty is not against the law. - yeh I understand that , but a dressing gown with nothing underneath it count as scantilly clad or inappropriate when she can hardly walk and keep the thing closed.

Them being alcoholics and on benefits is not against the law. I could cope with this if they just kept their disputes indoors . But they dont , its got worse in the summer months . Plusin winter shes been known to be kicked out onto the street in -3 in practically nothing

The police are fully aware of the incidents with the house , but because she wont prosecute and "wants to be with him" its only a matter of time before one of them is brought out in a body bag. It is the police who are trying to evict them .

I understand that they are not breaking the law being scum of the earth alchoholics using both the NHS and police time to fix them from their tiffs. It disturbs us when vans screatch around the corner blues and twos going at stupid oclock in the morning.

Though what you say is not against the law, the fact they're anti social and affect others should be disregarded?

You earn rights in this country and I would have them given food tokens.

It sounds like the woman is suffering domestic violence, mental physical and sexual..Thats probably why she drinks.

Shes not there , physically no soul nothing , she has been abused one way or another in her life , People want to help her she doesnt want it .
Ive known the above all along , and have given up having sympathy for her . I know it sounds cruel , we have tried to help her , shes made our lives hell. So now im in a mindframe of screw her .

It is selfish to say my family and my mental welfare is more important than hers . Im sorry but thats how i feel.

It is a difficult situation.She has been literally driven insane by the abuse,and you in turn are having to suffer too.It's not that she doesn't want the help,she doesn't think she deserves it,that's what he has done to her,she thinks it's her fault.If she makes a complaint,she gets a worse beating.Poor,poor woman.

Shes been an alchi for years and has even appeared on Jeremy kyle

" I want to get dry so I can see my kids!" . The above may be true hes horrible and manipulative and makes out to be the victim, but whe you have suffered for 9 years with them you tend to caste this aside.

Im sorry shes a victim , but shes had help offered and plenty of opportunities to get out once and for all ( he has just been on remand for 6 weeks) Ive lost sympathy for her sorry .
