    It was apple who issued replacement phone,orange or any other network are not allowed to deal with replacement iPhones outside of the initial 14 day period.
    I have had email from apple confirming the phone is being replaced and will be updated once it is despatched

    This is gonna be tough going.

    I never made it as far as apple this time, Started off the iPhone wasn't activated apparently, which it is, then now I have to reinstall and NOT set up as a new phone, restore from backup,
