You need to distract yourself, so you're not thinking about it so much.
Are you at work or at home? Either way, or there any projects you can throw yourself into that will keep your mind occupied.
I'm a little bit worried that you are going to be very disappointed if you don't get a BFP.((HUGS))
Have you discussed TTC again with your OH? Do you think it's something he'd be open to?

Afternoon me girlies!!!
How are we all?? Haven't been around for a while but I'm doing the chilling out approach this month!! DH and I are a little sceptical about falling preg now due to my hours being cut and him struggling to afford to get to work just now with fuel prices and travelling 60 miles a day to get there!!! So every penny counts at the moment!!!
So we're just seeing how it goes!!! We both had the day off together yesterday and it was lovely, I actually felt like we were on holiday and I forgot how much I enjoyed spending time with him!!
So yesterday we came to a desicion I'm still on my tony ferguson plan and tomorrow will be my next weigh in!!! I'm doing the most of the cooking as I don't want anything going into my food that shouldn't and I just make DH whatever I'm having and he seems to be quite pleased with that although he will still sit and eat whatever 'naughty' foods are in the cupboard in front of me!!! but he's decided that he will jump on the wagon with me and we will both try and lose weight together, he even went out yesterday and bought new trainers to show he was serious and even got me and armband for my ipod!!!! I'd love for us to be a really active couple and for when I finally pluck up the courage to go and visit the doc that they can't say we need to lose weight and will take us seriously!!!
My sis got herself a puppy so we're going to go for a walk on saturday with the dogs as she's up for losing weight and it means we're not spending money either!!! :money:RESULT!!!!
So I reckon that I'm ov'ing today but haven't used anything to determine that but going on my last few cycle's its about now!!!And we've BD'ed that past few days!!!! :T

Hi,
Please can I join this thread?
I am in much need of some moral support whilst TTC.
I am not really sure how this thread works (as I usually live on the Old Style Forum) but from the few pages I have read you all seem very nice and supportive people.
I have been off my pill for 8 months now, and I think my AF is finally regulating itself. My AF is due any day (roughly) between today and Saturday, between 26-30 days. If I have nothing by Saturday I will be testing then.
It is very hard to explain to my DH why I get excited each month when I am a day late (this is my first I am trying for and my husbands 2nd). I just don't think he gets the counting of days tbh :rotfl:
Fingers crossed for other testers this week.

Oooh you came off same time as me! I finished my pack in July and cycle isn't what it used to be pre-pill. I was only on the pill for a year. I have next to no pmt, low progestrone that seems to drop randomly after a week after ov. I don't know if this is because im now old, a change of cycle which we will natural for me or whether im still screwey from the pill  I do seem to ov which is good though. And I don't spot til after 10 days past ov so once we start ttcing I should be ok. I just my old cycle back I knew. I was on a 30 day cycle now I am around 26/27 days. How long have you been actively ttcing since the pill or you just starting now?Alwaysthebusybee wrote: »Hi,

bigzippy - ((hugs)) is there anything they can do to help?
Ok, went to docs for eczema and mentioned TTC. He is a new doc to our surgery as old one retired and he said that he wouldn't be looking to do tests or refer until 18 months after I'd been off pill for 6 months - that's 2 years  I only really wanted reassurance and for a note to be added to my file that we are TTC just in case but I still can't believe the time scales!
My doc said 1yr, so it seems to make a difference who your GP is..?:cool:Ladies I wish you all the very best with the ttc journey.
Hoping your stickies arrive before the Easter Bunny does.
Good luck

Phunkles xxxxxA lot of people with PCOS has GTT, will you be prescribed metformin?
What do those of you affected do about it? Have you gone on special diets or just marked it up as something you now know, or gone on metformin or...?"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0
