    Hi and welcome Gempf:wave:
I've added you to the list on the first page, let me know if you'd like it changed/deleted:)

As for your doc, can't you get a different doctor?
What's your BMI? Can you get it down to 24.9?
Perhaps it's time to save some money, and go private:o

    Hi and welcome also! :D

In addition to what QQ has said above, what do you find most difficult when trying to lose weight/what are your weaknesses?

We could then offer you tips from our own experiences on how to overcome them.

Losing weight is hard, and keeping it off is even harder. A true lifestyle change is required in order to maintain the weight once it's been lost.

How active are you? Could you incorporate more exercise into your regime? That would also just be good for your spirits as exercise releases those feel good endorphins. :D And that, in turn, may make you want to BD more ;) (it does me anyway! :rotfl:).

    Morning ladies,
Welcome Gem, have you been tested for underactive tyroid? Are you tired a lot? Might be why you cant lose weight?
    Mrsvix ouch!
    Northern welcome, do a test?

POstive opk still for me, managed to BD again this morning, although DH seems to think not much came out :o Inserted Mooncup, to keep em up there, giving it a proper go for the first time since loss, didnt ovulate at all till last cycle and that cycle, didnt have enough priviacy to BD untill past ovulation, so wasnt much chance, keeping my fingers firmly crossed as this is the last chance for me for a 2011 baba, and somehow with losing baba this year, I would be happier to have a baba within the same year and IYSWIM.......silly but pinning my hopes on it!:o
Have a good day ladies, hugs to those that need one.
Testing day 31st please QQ (if not before!:rotfl:)
    Pawpurrs x ;)

Not too painful atm, I didn't look too much when I did it, just plastered it up. I've had another look this morning and I haven't lost the nail, it's definitely lifted as I have a white line across the middle where it bent back. It's all bloody underneath where its been ripped away.
Ouch, Ouch, ouch!!sorry if tmi by the way!
