right as today is my last day off sick I'm going to do a couple of OPK's to see if there is any point I can catch an LH surge as this is the first month using the sticks. today though I have EWCM and tummy cramps so must be near to OV :D

guess I will just have to persuade hubby for some more action ;P

    Loving the PMA!!!

Well I'm CD38, I thought that I OV'd CD19, but still no AF and BFN. QQ saw on my chart that I may have OV'd CD27, had really bad pains CD34 which was the day I was expecting AF, so maybe it was implantation pains?? If it was then I might be 11DPO today, still BFN though.

Also I dont feel AF is coming and my sister on her 2nd had BFN's for ages even when she went to the doctors, so keeping my fingers crossed!!

You had a possible implantation spotting that day too?

    CD7(30) here
well OH is still scared to come near me after the hosptial appt. 3rd March is expected OV date so hopefully he can be persuaded by then ;)

just wondering is anyone else taking a break TTC over the Dec due date period? if OH and i don't fall this month we're going to be careful BDing over the next couple of months to minimize chance of a baby being born in December or January. and then try again for a February or March baby and so on.

    Is anyone else doing this??

Our reasons are that we don't want little one's birthday to get mixed up with christmas when nobody has any spare cash etc, the same with January, everyone is skint. I'm a January baby myself & enjoy it but OH and i want to be able to afford to give our wee one a good birthday every year if that makes sense and we're usually skint Dec/Jan. I feel a bit guilty for this wee break, thinking you should just keep trying and count your blessing if you fall. But we're saving money to do up our flat, rent it out and move to a new house at the moment so a few extra months would be a good thing anyway to be honest.

Just putting that out there for my TTC ladies :D feel better for 'confessing'

Jen151 I see what you mean and I think alot of people do the same to avoid certain times of the year, from my point of view I'm not fussed over christmas but if I was pregnant this month and had the baby early it would fall potentially in a period when hubby would not be allowed paternity leave but as thats all if buts and maybe's we are going for it anyway!:j

Jen151, I did that last year, but tbh, I would be so pleased to get pregnant, I dont care when it would be due anymore. So, no, this year I will not be putting on the brakes for any date!!!

Can see why you might want to though, as I said, we did last year....

i probably would have done the same but since having a mc last year i am not bothered about things like that anymore - just want a baby!

to be honest i think august is the worst month cause the kids are off school and might not be able to get classmates to parties in the holidays.
