We had our first 'marriage preparation lesson' yesterday (catholic church) and the priest was asking us about our intentions towards having a family. Generally the 'rule' is that if you don't intend to have children, they won't marry you in a catholic church.

Before I even had time to answer, OH had listed out the names we've chosen, that we're going to start trying once we're married, that he can't see a future without children in it... It's weird. I knew he felt strongly about having children, but to hear him discussing it at length with a priest was just *weird* and lovely. Mind you, I lurk on a forum of women who want babies, despite the fact that I'm not trying yet. Maybe he'd find that weird!

My priest was the same, I think its because in your vows they ask if you will except a child from god with open arms!!! :smileyhea

How was your class?? We were put in a church hall with about 50 other couples, it was to weird and our wedding was the 1st to come up with only 4 weeks before the wedding!!! :rotfl:

Got my ic hpt's today and someone had opened the packet a little. Well, between amazon and the postie, someone knows I've ordered 15 hpts :rotfl:

Nothing to report here. I *might* be oving in the next few days but not so sure about this cycle as my last af was so light. Will have to BD just in case

First day of last period was 30th Jan so does that make me 12 day in my cycle is there anything i should be doing (other than the obvious!:T)
Any/all advise welcome, hubby like others thinks it will happen this month!!! Bless

Hi Penny and welcome :hello:

Yes, you are CD(cycle day) 12. How long are your cycles normally? You don't need to do much more than the obvious - just enjoy the ride! We're a good bunch on here and are always here to help with any questions. A link to the abbreviations we use is on the first page.

Also, when did you start TTC? 08/11 hasn't happened yet Our leader, QQ will also ask your age but you only have to give it if you want

Thanks Smash7 your right, my correction Penny1981 TTC#1 since 02/11 and im 30 and 2 weeks. We decided that we would start trying after my 30th.
Dont know how long cycles are not something i have ever noted before. *must find diary and use it* x
