Your post made me laugh, it's exactly what I used to think years ago when i didn't get periods every month:rotfl:...little did I know it might be a sign of problems in the future when I wanted children!
Well I got a BFN this morning as expected, so now CD62....I just want AF to start....arrggghhhh!!!

Thank you
Ironic isn't it!! Typical.
Aww, bless, hope the witch arrives soon for you (feels weird saying that!) so you can get started again x0 -

Can I just clarify whether I'm getting my CDs right? If AF was due yesterday that would make Friday CD28 right? As it's the last day of my cycle and assumes Saturday is CD1 of the next cycle. So today is actually CD30(28) - have I got it right?Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0

Waitingforpost I posted photos on page 11 onwards if you flick back to then on this thread and you'll see how feint mine were. I was getting all nostalgic yesterday and had a read back and it was sooo much fun finding out with the gals on here. Had to take a photo again of the QQ posting with the BFP as I can't remember where I put it on my computer.
Now, everyone seems to have gone PIAC crazy with the flood of 4 BFPs so far. I feel like the part in Lock Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels when they say "can we all stop getting shot"...except I need to replace with BFNs. ((Hugs)) to those receivers of the AF too but remember it gives you the count-down to next time. Plus, on the downside, you wouldn't believe how many people abstain from Nookie once they get PG. You're at the fun stage although it doesn't feel it.
Oooo, I had another thought for the new year....I think song of the day needs to be re-introduced to keep the mood up. Any suggestions ladies???
Lurking back out and frequently checking for good news!

Hi Pinkpig - yes that's right, CD30(28).
I'm CD32(28) so feeling pretty similar I imagine to you, smash and katenut!
Did another IC this morning and there is still something there but couldn't really call it a line. Maybe I've just been unlucky with evap lines.
I'm going to buy some proper tests this afternoon but might not use them til Tuesday morning.
I don't want to be too dissapointed if AF turns out so might try the relaxed approach for tomorrow!!
Oh and yes, it's perfectly normal to be a bit psychotic with checking if AF has arrived all the time :rotfl:What else would we fill our time with?? :rotfl:0 -

Thanks fantafan! Mine aren't that clear - not sure if there is a line or not but certainly wouldn't be visble on a photo. I'm realaxing tomorrow  then going to do a proper test on Tues morning which is when I think AF is due.0 -
Well I've just looked back at my cycle and I ov'd a day late on CD18, so now thinking about it that would make AF actually due today based on my 11 day LP. Grrr!Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0

Hi all Does anyone know the best online ovulation calendar as they all seem to give slightly different times.
Anyway I have been ttc for over 12 months and started to worry as turning 38 this year 'tic tic' so have just bought a cbfm to use with next cylce.
I have a 19 yo son so wanting to have another now I must be mad lol
Also any tips with the cbfm would be grateful:A0 -
Same story here. CD26(22) and another BFN this morning with a chemist cheappie.
Based on average cycles, I ovulated anywhere between 20th and 24th December. I was ill in bed until the 28th (I think) so if I ovulated any later, AF should be here by now. Still bit of hope that pains on 7th Jan were implantation (a bit far fetched, I know) and that HcG is not enough yet to be detected by the tests I've taken.
Smash xx
Come on Twinnysending you good vibes and fingers crossed for your hormone levels growing!!!
I'm hoping that too smash. I ov'd on 28th December, had no pains since then, no signs, nothing. I almost convince myself that the tests must be rubbish, but I know they're not. I've done so well this month, I've not been thinking about it every day, thinking what CD I'm on and how long until testing. I only caved once on Friday night. I keep rushing to the loo if I 'feel' anything to see if AF is here! I am normal - aren't I??
Pink, I was doing that for days before i tested and got the BFP so i know how you are feeling, just keep remembering every day means your chances are building. We BD'd before I got ewcm:( But still can't help hoping:p
There is always hope, you so badly deserve your BFP, 2011 will be your year!!!!
Hope you all dont mind me posting still, but its early days and i dont think i can leave you all yet0 -
My family have stopped asking us/making comments about TTC. I think they used to a bit before because they didn't actually think we were, IYSWIM, but now I reckon they think we might be, or might be having problems, so they've stopped!
My friends still keep asking me all the time, but until v recently, I've been able to honestly say no when they ask if we're TTC. They all now think we're waiting until after I've done my professional exams, which gives me a few months grace!
I don't want anyone to know if/when we do conceive, until I can't hide it any longer, as DH and I want to keep it "our little secret" for a while. Having said that, if someone asked me outright, I'd have to admit it as I'm a useless liar!
I don't like to symptom-spot, but I am absolutely shattered the past few days, really achey and lethargic. Also, I've been getting little crampy feelings in my tummy and feeling quite light-headed. All of which could be put down to stress at work, working too hard at the gym, imminent period, or simply coming off the pill. Doesn't stop me wondering though....!
