good luck and enjoy it. my mum and dad had me when mum was 25 and dad was 34. forward 14 years later when mum was 39 and dad 48 mum found out she was preg. Apart from me at 14 thinking it was disgusting, lol. it worked perfectly for them.
Mum went on to have a home birth. she said that although she had the energy when she had me at 25, having my bro at 40 she found she had more paitence and enjoyed everything more.0 -
Yayyy Jewel :j :j :j I remember you talking about this before - I am so pleased you decided to go ahead.
And you're not an old codger. If we decide to try for no.2, I'll be at least 42 when s/he is born!!
So no talk about old codgers, we're just mature enough to handle what lies ahead:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Evening ladies! Hope everyone is ok!!
CD18 here. Still having tummy twinges every now and then and my b00bs are SORE today....! I think the witch may catch me before testing day Friday. Hoping she doesn't, of course! This cycle is 6 days longer than the last, so far, so that's a good sign.
I have a manic week so, will do my best to keep up with the thread! ((Hugs)) to anyone that needs them! Can't wait for the first bfp!!!!! Fingers crossed it's soon!!

I would disagree with the mature bit, lol! I so hope it works.

Oh gosh -that is a post I never thought to see. Was convinced you were an absolute 1 child woman (not that there's anything wrong with that).
Good luck. :j:T
By the rate I'm going my DD will be an adult before I have another one! Massive gap though!Forever I will sail towards the horizon with you0 -
Cleomolly..What is soy? It's Soy Isoflavones, it is a natural alternative to Clomid.
It tricks the brain into thinking there's not enough estrogen, and so it'll produce more thus triggering ovulation. It works for those who ov regularly as well by giving stronger eggs and better ewcm.
It is really for those with irregular cycles, as, if you have a perfect cycle, then you don't want to mess with it:o
Spot on as usual QQ
WOW I'm struggling to keep up with all the testing this week, there's so many of you. I wish you all lots nd lots of luck though and want you all to get your BFP's. I'm guessing at 2 for this month QQ if I could go on the listthanks.

Good luck! One of my best friends had her first child at 41 and a colleague at work had her first babies at 40 - she had naturally conceived twins who were quite seriously ill and she's coped brilliantly. Hope it all happens for you just as you'd like it to...and enjoy practicing0

My niece was 44 when she gave birth to her daughter. Yes, she has found it hard work and her life was definitely turned upside down but she has no regrets and absolutely loves being a mum.
Wishing you lots of luck that it all works out well for you.:)0
