phunkles glad you know what i'm feeling, they're toilet is freezing cold and tiny, really narrow and not condusive to such horrible times. plus there's the panicking that you may leak in bed cos then they'll know, and heaven only knows where the heck you put your used equipment (sorry for the tmi) i'll probably end up bringing little baggies home with me. Plus there's the mega strange SIL who watches everything you do, doesn't really talk to you unless it's on her obsessive topic of the day and is the one who said about me not getting pregnant as i was so fat. Hormones and such comments won't got together well. Top it off with the fact that the MIL and i had a row the last time i visited (12 mths ago) and that i never feel comfortable there. Can you tell i really don't want to visit?

Aw Susan, I know exactly what you mean. I never wanted an only child and I thought a sibling for ds would come so easily. He's three and a half now and every month I watch him getting further away in age from any prospective brothers or sisters.... :(

I know what you mean too. Can't believe our boy is 9 in January  It wasn't mean to be this way :( One of my (slightly insensitive) friends suggested recently that we'd left the gap too large, and that he'd resent a sibling now, but luckily I know that's b*ll*cks! When I was reading to him in bed last night, he said "Will you read to our new baby too?" I said yes, and that he could read to them as well - his little face lit up like a Christmas tree :smileyhea

CD30 for me, and feeling really weepy - have just cried buckets at Coronation Street :o Sadly though, that's usually a sign of imminent af for me. We shall see!!
  • A colleague has just had her second child at 44. She was 42 when she had her first.

    Good luck.
Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together
  • Lemon are you sure your not related to me????  that sounds to much like my sister!!! LOL!!!

I've always been a bit weird about using other peoples bathrooms even public 1s it started off in school when ours were vile and dirty! I've never quite got over it!! 

    Hope you saw mine too!
Glad you had a great time:)
Our imagination was running wild today with images of where the cot would go and I'd like one of those sets of drawers that have a changing mat on top.
    I have that sometimes:o

My friend is doing a unit at college on assisted conception and wants to write a bit about supplements that people use. Does anybody have any good links I can direct her to for information?

CD18 here. Still having tummy twinges every now and then and my b00bs are SORE today....! I think the witch may catch me before testing day Friday. Hoping she doesn't, of course! This cycle is 6 days longer than the last, so far, so that's a good sign.
    Fingers crossed:)

At 9, he won't resent, he's old enough to really enjoy having a younger sibling:)
