Edit to say just worked out on CD17 of 30 day cycle... looks likely we've missed OV this month anyway? x

I ovulated on day 17 of my 28 day cycle. Usually it is day 15 I think. But I guess that day 17 on a 30 day cycle doesn't necessarily mean you've missed ovulation.

How are people finding the pre-seed? Apart from it being slightly unromantic (I try to ensure I do it without DH knowing) I don't mind it at all. Need to buy some more though as I've nearly run out

hi everyone CD28 here, if i did ov this month, which is a big if, then this is the end of the 2ww but given i'm averaging 35day cycles i'm not going to test. At the moment my only thought is that if the witch is going to turn up i want it now rather than next week as we're stopping with the outlaws (i may have said this before i can't remember) next week and i really don't want it whilst i'm at theres.
  • Hi All,

    CD27 here

    Im going nuts!!!!

Been feeling sick for 2 hours this morning (not sure if thats just me working myself up though) and been mega keen on dtd this weekend - jumped OH at 5:30 this morning!!!!!!!!!!

Still thinking one hand yes, other hand no. I think i just want it so badly i cant see the wood for the trees - OH is the same, he kept bringing it up in conversation last night!

Said i was gonna test on Sunday if nothing - but realistically, if i did test earlier - would it work???

Hugs to those that need them, QQ hope your sisters are ok now, Debs, glad you and OH made up :)

I always think there are more arguments when the weather gets colder - everyone is that bit more miserable.

    SBD!!!

puzzled bubbles, you can buy test which are meant to give u a result 4 or 5 days before due on date, what about one of those.

i hate waiting, but i guess the longer you can wait the better as the stronger the hgc ( is it ) levels are.

my testing day is thurs, but i know i'm not preg as i just don't feel it. waiting till thur when af should viist is gonna be a killer.

Also trying very hard not to get worked up about my SILs impending visit ooop north to see us at the weekend. She is 36 weeks pg

Anyway, going to try to stay positive and hope the witch stays absent this week. Fingers crossed :p
Good luck with SIL, I'm 'fortunate' in that none of my close relatives is pg - yet:o

Fingers crossed you'll get your BFP this weekend:cool:

Would you like to go on the testing list?:)

One implants 7-10 days after ov, and hcg goes into urine 2 days later. So it really depends on when it implanted:o Fingers crossed:)
QQ hope your sisters are ok now,
One is OK, not sure about the other one ...

puzzled bubbles our first month also.

what makes it worse is my dd took 2/3 months to fall preg for, my ds took 1 month ( well i stopped pill and waited for period but it never came) but my youngest took about 18 months. part of me want's it to be the shorter time scale, but i know it will happen when meant to be. shame cycles weren't just a week long, a month is far too long, lol.

What a miserable day here! Anoyone else not liking the fact that they have to put the light on in the morning to see their thermometer now? lol

Nothing to report here, just finished Soy, decided to take 120mg CD3, 4, 5 and 160mg CD6 and 7. No side effects apart from lots of EWCM and its only CD9! lets hope I get ov sooner than CD76 this time!

now just off for a read back and catch up :) don't fancy doing any work this afternoon if I can help it!

I wouldn't mind my relatives popping out babies as I don't have to see them all the time - it's my friends that bother me. I only have one friend with a child within two years of Alice who hasn't had a baby this year and she already has five. I feel like I shouldn't get upset because at least I already have a child and some people don't have any but every month I see the age gap getting longer and longer. (And said child plays with imaginary baby siblings every day.)
