    Good morning:wave:

Having done the lists, I noticed that on the Team Sticky 2ww list, the smiley has changed from  to ;). Are there a reason why?

    Newyearnewstart, where are you?
2ba3c, I have PCOS diagnosed with the internal scan. They don't remove these sort of cysts, but some get a thing called ovarian drilling.
The scan can also see if you are oving or have ov'd:)
    Ask lots of questions:)
maire, have a great holiday and hope you'll come back with a bean:wave:
LegalBlonde, American 2ww forum?:naughty::D I've seen that site too. 2ww can be so boring:o
Jules68, sounds like you ov'd on Monday, but one can get ewcm during 2ww too. As for +opk, it could be residual LH from when you ov'd few days ago or could be a bean:cool: How do you feel?
skintchick, you ended up in the cot? :rotfl:
I've never heard of attachment parenting until now, but it sounds really good. Kind of like Koalas and kangaroos:cool:
Lisa26, those cakes and cupcakes are amazing!:T
    Rebekah,
they didn't give you a cup? Glad you managed OK:o
BB1984, (((Hugs))) for your cramps. Hope it's something beany:o
    Your chart is looking good:)
    emmylou, have a great time:wave:
Laura2522, 8 days above coverline means there were 8 days above the cover line:D Sometimes the temp could drop below the coverline. If most is below cover line, then you might have not ov'd. I know about Christmas feeling:o Hope this one is it for you:)

    Morning all,

So, don't know who I was trying to kid (myself, obviously!) but please take me off the testing list, the witch has well and truly arrived and I'm counting today as CD2. This means last cycle was a healthy sounding 29 days, but only 9 day LP :( not quite sure what to do, I know the doc has said I should have a year of trying before coming back to him (although we'd already been trying for 3 months when we saw him, so it's been 5 now), but is there really any point trying if my LP is so short that there's no way a bean can implant? I read somewhere that PCOS can cause LPD due to not enough progesterone, which can also cause early (lengthy) spotting before AF which I definitely have. Anyone have any ideas? Feel really down today that I didn't even get to my testing date, AGAIN!

I'm already taking agnus castus and using OPKs, and I've now ordered a BBT so that I can chart temps (mostly as proof to take to doc). Does anyone know anything that can help with LPD/raise progesterone levels? Or help ov earlier?

I'm still trying to keep my PMA that at least I get to have a drink this Friday, but frankly I would give up alcohol in a heartbeat if it meant I could have a baby :(

Sorry for a really mopey post, hope everyone else is OK!

    xxx

Really sorry to hear that Scarly. I would maybe go and see a different doctor, or maybe a family planning nurse if you have one at your surgery? Don't give up, unfortunately sometimes you have to make a fuss to get the help you should be getting. I think it is perfectly reasonable as a 9 day LP is quite short, especially as this isn't the first time. Chin up xx

Aww crap, sorry Scarly :(. Are you sure when you ov'ed? If you were even a couple of days earlier than you thought then it would mean an 11 day lp which I think is ok.

Lisa26, I'd kindly volunteer my services as a cake tester if you need one :D

    Hope you're feeling better BB1984 :o

Hope you're ok Bigz, hopefuly your uterus is having a good ole clear out ready for a bean ;)

Welcome back QQ, hope you had a fab time!

I think I'm 2dpo, though taking a nice relaxed approach this month so not too bothered. We've done a good amount of well timed bd this month, apart from that there isn't really a lot I can do. Fretting and over analysing things certainly won't help so you won't catch me ss this month, the only symptom I'll be taking any notice of will be a late AF and a positive hpt :)

9 days is short, but not that different to the normal 10 days. The bean may stick:)
    But big hugs

Glad I went, and not put it off in case I was pg.
I'd rather be pg, but since I'm not, this was a trip of a lifetime:cool:
