  • ((((((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))))) Rebekah try not to worry too much. Maybe say something to your dh, just send him a really nice message saying that you are looking forward to a nice evening together before he goes away, then he will know not to get too caught up in work/telly/internet?

Well the really tough thing for us is I work evenings. So i'm not out of work til 9-930. By the time I've cooked and eaten is gone 1030/11. He wants to go to bed as he has to be up for work and it's all a bit of a faff. I think the pressure this month is coming from the fact he is away so we can't just chuck it off and say ah wait another day as I might ov on Sat or Sun when he isn't around. Well just have to see what happens I guess. Last night I didn't finish work til 11pm so it was too late for both really. I'll try the cuddles in front of tv. If I can get him off his laptop. He likes to sit there working whilst watching. He is so busy at work at moment. I so can't see myself testing this month as i'm convinced one sex session ain't gonna do it.

You can just chuck it off, if you want to. This is only month 2, and it isn't a race. So, just remember, if it doesn't happen at the right time this month, it will do next month.

Concentrate on making sexytime fun for both of you. If it becomes all about babymaking, you'll be putting the same kind of pressure on your DH, as you feel he does when he wants some sexytime and you're not in the mood.

Think back to when you first got together, and couldn't keep your hands off each other. What were you doing differently then? Try to recreate that a little and make some magic of your own.

So, then I remembered that last cycle I ended up crying in the doc's office (again, surprisingly) and then later realised I must have ov'd on that day,
So you get emotional when oving, good, no need for opks then:p
'well that doesn't matter unless you're trying, right...' cue awkward pause

Ewwww!!! Ok, sorry for TMI but for the last 2 days I have had quite alot of quite wet but also slightly creamy CM (is that even possible?!), is that good? Maybe milky would be a good description?

QQ, I haven't been able to update my chart yet as stupid work t'interweb won't let me go on FF but it has dropped from 36.22° yesterday to 35.82° today. Is 0.4° a significant drop? And yes I am showing off my amazing chemistry skills by being able to put a ° symbol in lol!!!
Sounds like ov could be imminent lisa :D Get BDing ;) It doesn't need to be clear to be classed as watery or egg-white - the consistency is the most important afaik

I'm taking a huge gamble that my CBFM is still %$^&ed up and that I am ovulating today/tomorrow. Going to see the NEW donor tonight and tomorrow. I'm a bit nore excited than normal. Hopefully it will be far less stressful than the previous attempts with old donor.

    Fingers crossed! :D

And the thing is because they are doing such a lovely thing, you feel like you couldn't/shouldn't be complaining. BUT it can't help us TTC if I really begin to dislike the donor.
Is this one in the country?
What about you all? Have you told people you're trying, or are you letting them assume, or are you flat out denying everything whenever anyone asks?!
I think I'd've had a fit if my sis had done that on fb! About 3 very close friends know, and I know they wouldn't say anything, and then 2 of my sisters and SIL know. It depends who it is when they ask tbh. Some people I just laugh it off, some people I'll say something like "well they've found out I have PCOS now too so it's not up to me" sort of thing.
Lol, appropriate line of questioning! I think it is the assumption made if you get sick and you're female and over the age of about 18 though. Annoyingly.
I don't even think you need to be over 18 these days!:rotfl:

  • I'm going to risk the rath of QQ and do some SS!

I nearly had to run out of a meeting at work this morning cus I felt soooooooo sick. My nips have changed, the areola has become much large and bumpy and there are a few white marks around the edge, I put my PJ top on last night and they were very sensitive....I have occasional cramps but nothing too scary....Oh and I am absolutely shattered.

Plus brushing my teeth the last 2 days has made me gag!?!?

    Am I just weird?!?

Maybe just starting saying 'Yes, I am!' now, each time they ask and then eventually let on that you were winding them up.

That way, even if they continue you to ask, and then ask when you actually are, you can pull off the 'Yes, I am!', and they'll actually think you're not!
    :rotfl:Sneaky! I like it!:D

Rebekah honey, calm down. None of this stressing is going to do any good.

He's probably feeling under pressure, so why not make tonight a nice evening for you two. Have a nice meal ready, a film/TV show he loves, and have lots of hugs and kisses with no pressure for anything else. No mention of BD'ing or TTC. He'll probably be all over like a rash then!
    Good plan :)

So, then I remembered that last cycle I ended up crying in the doc's office (again, surprisingly) and then later realised I must have ov'd on that day, so did an iC OPK late last night, and another one mid-morning today and the line is pretty definite, so think I will be ov'ing tomorrow. Yay! And DH and I DTD last night as well, so just got to convince him again tonight and tomorrow and hopefully catch the eggy. :j
    Good luck :D
ETA: Oh, and big well done to bigz! (litteRz) amazing weight loss!
