I got married on 13th Sept 2yrs ago and it was ROASTING. Our honeymoon was in Scotland and we came back on the 24th and the weather still wasn't too bad. We only had rain on one day I think.

Ooh you got married 2 days after us! :DWe got married on Friday the 11th. No one wanted that date so we got with a reduced price. Neither of us were bothered about the significance of the 11th September as the new significance was our wedding

Hello there, still nothing for me,its been horribly slow week! I had some really painful cramps in the middle if the night, I was curled up in a wee ball moaning but they've all gone this morning, probably just af on her way for tomorrow!

Lisa – what were your cycles like before going on the pill? A lot of people say that their first few cycles after the pill were long. I guess it takes a while for your body to kick back into natural mode.

Your turn for question time . What cycle day did you ov this time? Do you mind me asking how many Metformin tablets you take? I've been taking 2 but have been told to increase it to 3. I say that but for nearly a week I've not had any as I've run out of tablets and haven't had a chance to get to a chemist (I know - naughty, naughty). I'll be able to get some tomorrow though.


General question for anyone - what's the deal with CM? I've never really paid any attention but what's the different types of CM and what do they tell you i.e. about to ovulate / get AF?

I keep saying I'm going to temp, do OPKs and maybe check CM with my next cycle but I guess there's no point waiting and I could just start it all now.

fannyanna - generally, wet or eggwhite cm has the potential to be fertile, whereas creamy/sticky cm or dry isn't fertile. I usually find that I'm fairly dry straight after AF, then creamy, then wet, then eggwhite for a few days around ov (not that I seem to ov very often!) After ov, I tend to be quite moist (TMI, lol!) until AF.

I think everyone's slightly different though
