Welcome leopardlady and any others that I may have missed.

I feel awful today, had a cold all weekend and today have felt really nausious and had a painful head and face so think I am getting sinusitis, I have no energy and aching all over. Not sure what to do as have got Race for Life tomorrow, really want to do it but if I feel like this will be crawling rather than jogging! God I hate having a cold.

PMA for today got DD a gorg pink cardi from an M&S outlet for £1 today, so very chuffed with my bargain!

Hope everyone is OK, we definitely need some more BFPs! According to FF my last cycle indicates that AF due on DHs birthday, have had twingy pains so hopefully they were OV pains and caught a beanie, would be the best birthday pressie ever, mine is 3 days before his so would be no need for any presents!

    CD1 :(

Fairly depressed about it all but not surprised given that I was sure I hadn't ov'd. On the bright side, my cycle was a perfect 28 days long, so that's promising. Plus I have a large glass of wine right here next to me, hooray :D

Here are the lengths of my last 5 cycles:
    32
    18 (ov'd CD6)
    27
    26 (ov'd CD13)
    28

So, the length of my cycles seems to have sorted itself out, good news. Secondly, I seem to be ov-ing every other month. Maybe one of my ovaries doesn't work?! So (note the PMA here!) I reckon on that basis, I MUST ov this cycle! :o Any thoughts...?!

    ANyway, that's enough about me!

Hello to the newbies :T Nice to see some new faces, was getting bored of the same old people all the time....! ;)
I think I already said congrats to mishka, but just in case - congratulations mishka! :D

    Massive ((hugs)) BB

That maybe the reason that you are ov every other month - although when both ovaries are working they don't necessarily alternate each month. Hopefully this means that you might ov more than once every other month.

Could you maybe go speak to your doctor about it? They might send you for a scan or something to check out your ovaries?

Stabby pains tonight, think I'm right and FF is wrong - AF is due tomorrow. Would have been great this month, but not meant to be and there is always a reason for everything.

Stabby pains / crampy feelings are also a sign of early pregnancy, hugs either way !

    Good morning:wave:

CD28, and still waiting for ov:o
I have a feeling it may be around the corner, say Thursday, but I may be confusing ov ss with UTI ss:p

2ab3c, it's called Day 21 test, and is supposed to be taken at 7DPO (or 7 days before AF). It measures progesterone to see if you ov'd or not:)
Gemma, (((hugs))) for the cold:( You may need to miss the race today:o
Hope you caught the eggy though, +hpt with a ribbon around it would make an ideal pressie:o

I think you must've ov'd on CD15. I know you didn't get a temp rise, but you got an ov dip. Is your AF light? If it's normal, then I think you may have ov'd. If it's ligher, then maybe it tried to ov but didn't:o
As for one ovary not working, I don't know. I had that theory too, as I always get ov pain on the left, and even with scans, left one seemed to ov most of the time, but right one did ov some of the time, so that theory was discounted by my doc:o
It didn't ov on alternate months either;)
Kaemi, it's not over 'till the witch shows. Hang in there:o

    Morning All,

Well my temp dropped this morning. I've continued to have restless sleep and last night I slept with the cover over me which I don't normally so if anything I would have expected another relatively high temperature.

So could the highs have been a blip or could I have possibly (shock, shock, horror) ovulated? If I have I'm clearly in for a long cycle as I'm now on CD34.

Doesn't FF put an ov line in for you if you have? Maybe they were just weird random spikes as I have no ov lines.

EDIT: Anyone know why on CD28 and CD32 I have a clear circle and not a solid blue circle at the points of my temperature? I hope that question makes sense to someone lol
