They use your tongue as a general indicator of health don't they? I'd guess the UTI & antibiotics are likely to have an effect (not that I'm an expert or anything). I don't know why but I think a hot climate would be more conducive to conception that a cold one. Maybe it's because it reminds me of incubators??!

I've had so much to read back through that I havent had a good chance to properly read, so forgive me for not mentioning everyone!

QQ - Hope you are over the UTI, how yucky for you.

AFM, Well I ran out of CBFM sticks, bought some tesco OPKs and on Tuesday got an 'almost' line on Tuesday evening, and then no line whatsoever after that - so I am going to assume, that I ovulated on Weds or Thursday and that my OPKs (the cheapie Amazon ones) were not working for me after the Tesco ones.

*shrugs* Ah well, I'm sure it all happened for a reason- so I could celebrate my best friends birthday with sushi!

I have a temping related question.

What on earth is my chart supposed to be telling me?

I’ve not been temping for long to recognise any kind of pattern. I’m due AF any day now and my temp seems to have spiked – is that what is supposed to happen?

I would insert a piccie of my chart but I don't know how to do that - doh!

Hmmm! :think: I've had a look and I'm not sure. :oTemp usually spike prior to ov and dip prior to AF.

Did you have better/worse nights sleep than usual the last two nights or feeling under the weather? Maybe it is ov.... any other signs?

I've copied a pic of your chart for you so others can have a looksie.

To be honest I've not slept very well since Wednesday so that could have something to do with it however it's just the past few temps that have increased. Maybe it's just where I'm due AF???

EDIT: As for ov - I doubt it lol

I have just done a sneaky. BFN but that coz tis too early for sure at 7dpo. Just wanted to have a practice run ready for my real test later in the week. So as I was fully expecting to be - i'm not disappointed in t'slightest

Our first month Hubby and I were absolutely obsessed with getting pregnant and I did sooo many pregnancy tests even though I knew it was too early to get a positive.

It felt like we were on a rollercoaster - one minute both high thinking we could have done it and the next feeling really down as we'd had a negative.

I think that's pretty unlikely :rotfl:

I guess it's just the unsettled sleep. I just wondered if that was a sign that AF is due. It's CD33 today so hopefully it will hurry up as I'm getting impatient now
