Eeeek! :j Sounds good Darkphaery! Are you going to do a digi?

    xx

I'm going to buy a digi today. Not sure if it's best to wait until Monday to do it though. There was very definitely 100% a 2nd line this morning i'm just trying not to get my hopes up too much but can't help doing this :j
Don't really want to do it Monday and then have to go into work but i don't have a lot of choice i guess :)

Maybe by a twin pack and do one tomorrow morning? Tesco did have them on offer.

Hi everyone! Sorry haven't been around for a while- laptop has been on the blink but seems to be working fine at the moment.

Congratulations to everyone who has had a BFP during the last 2 weeks- gives us all hope!!

A little about me- AF made an appearance 2 weeks ago- really disappointed at the time as I thought we'd timed it perfectly but looking at the positive side - it was the first month I'd been temping so am 100% sure I ov'd which is brilliant news as I have PCO. Am now on CD12 so expecting to ov end of next week.

Have an appointment to see the consultant gyneo on Tuesday. Not sure what to expect- any advice? Last time I went I had an internal scan which showed I had PCO. I was then asked to go in to have some blood work done- can't remember on what day the 1st one was taken but the other was 21 days. These were done, I presume to see if i Ov'd at all but I think they were done too early as I was only 2DPO and so I don't think the results will be conclusive. Other than going over these blood results I'm not sure what else to expect. Should I mentally prepare myself for another internal scan? Should I take a copy of my temping chart with me?

Fingers crossed Darkphaery - oh and lovely shoes :D

What's everyone up to this weekend? Anything exciting?

I have a deadline looming for my photography course and still have loads to do so I'm going to be taking lots of pictures today.

I'm also trying to find a holiday but I can't make up my mind on destination. I'm now umming and ahhhing over the Canary Islands or Mexico.

The Canary Islands would be cheaper and we'd go away for 7 nights very end of August/beginning of September.

If we did Mexico we'd do 10 nights mid November which would obviously be more expensive than Canary Islands but not a ridiculous amount more. Part of me things this is quite an opportunity as we'd never have the money once a baby comes along.

Oh and I have a huge spider phobia so I've been asking everyone about the spider situation in Mexico and they all keep telling me they didn't see anything but that just doesn't seem right to me :)

We went to Mexico last month and I can tell you 100% I didn't see any spiders at all while I was there, a couple of cockroachs and that was about it, nothing I couldn't cope with :) I would definately try Playa Del Carmen, we went for a day trip down there and it looked lovely, Cancun is nice but full of noisy Americans.

Not much to report here, just waiting for this lovely heatwave :rotfl:

Ohhh nearly forgot, well done to any BFP'ers :T:T:D

Oh god my heart is in my throat. Did a test this morning and there is an incredibly faint 2nd line! It's definitely there both DH and I can see it (I may have woken him up at 7:15 to check :))

I don't want to get too excited about it as it is really faint, it's an Asda pink dye test but it came up within the time limit and everything. Will try and post a pic later.

I would take a copy of your chart and prepare yourself for an internal examination rather than a scan again. Probably wearing a skirt you can hitch up would be good, and write down any questions you have and any dates for previous AFs etc that you have etc.

I asked how long we would need to be trying to get help, what help they would offer, whether there were conditions attached (like for clomid dropping BMI to under whatever their standard is etc), all of that... Good luck :)

I'm off to see MIL for a bit so catch you ladies later :)

Hi all! oooh darkphaery I'm all excited for you!

I had some mild Af type cramps earlier but they've gone off now. CD25 I think. Oh and STILL got the sore throat, it's been 10 days now! I do get sore throats quite a lot but not usually for that long (except for the time I had tonsillitis!).

Had a busy day today...have been to work, popped to the supermarket, baked cupcakes, cleaned the whole house and just had some lunch. Havina chill now then might have a walk in abit if it doesn't rain, currently looking a bit grey!

Not sure what's going on with my body at the moment had some brown cm/spotting today. I've also had some mild cramping, a sharp pain or two. I'm only 4DPO so I'm sure it's too early for implantation although looking back I had similar symptoms last month at the same time.
I really hope it's that and not the MC causing an extra AF this cycle. I don't know, because it was an early MC, whether my cycle will be pretty much normal this month or not. Anybody know?
My temp is higher today but I haven't recorded it as I had a few drinks last night and that can affect it so I was going to wait until after the weekend before putting the temps in.

I really need to stop stressing because it isn't helping. :o
