I'm originally from Shrewsbury! I live in the north west now but both our families are still there. We got married at the castle in march. Sorry I have no idea what the maternity is like there (although my sister has had two there with no complaints) I was just a but excited to see Shrewsbury mentioned!

Oh god my heart is in my throat. Did a test this morning and there is an incredibly faint 2nd line! It's definitely there both DH and I can see it (I may have woken him up at 7:15 to check )

I don't want to get too excited about it as it is really faint, it's an Asda pink dye test but it came up within the time limit and everything. Will try and post a pic later.

Oh wow Darkphaery - fingers crossed for you that it is a BFP! Also I love those shoes - they are gorgeous! Never heard of irregular choice, so off to have a look at their website now.

Still on one bar on my CBFM, but not surprised as when I was using the OPK last cycle, I didn't get a positive until day 10, so that will be around Monday.

My CBFM was a little odd this month. I had 2 day of lows, the next day i missed, 1 high day and a peak, normally i get lots of high days, to be honest a lot of times they didn't turn into peaks, went from high on day 12ish all they way though to the day AF came. So by odd i guess i mean it actually worked like it's supposed to :rotfl:

Oooohhh so exciting! If there is a second line there, faint or not, then I think you have your TLP. Give it a couple more days and it'll be a BFP!

What's everyone up to this weekend? Anything exciting?

I have a deadline looming for my photography course and still have loads to do so I'm going to be taking lots of pictures today.

I'm also trying to find a holiday but I can't make up my mind on destination. I'm now umming and ahhhing over the Canary Islands or Mexico.

The Canary Islands would be cheaper and we'd go away for 7 nights very end of August/beginning of September.

If we did Mexico we'd do 10 nights mid November which would obviously be more expensive than Canary Islands but not a ridiculous amount more. Part of me things this is quite an opportunity as we'd never have the money once a baby comes along.

Oh and I have a huge spider phobia so I've been asking everyone about the spider situation in Mexico and they all keep telling me they didn't see anything but that just doesn't seem right to me
