Hi Big Zippy thanks for the explanation (and to you emsbet).
I am already linked up so to speak on FF so you can all have a look BUT I joined FF too late so am just waiting for AF so can start properly.
I am on CD68 and counting......
My aim is to do it all properly from next month and see how it goes;)0 -
Nah, just for that, you can bog off....:p Put up your feet. Get settled in with a drink of choice (I'd say brew, but I don't like them, and I refuse to bow to the masses who do
) and a choccy biccie. Doctors orders
I don't want to bog off! You can't make me so there!
I do have my feet up with "Loose Women" on in the background!
I can't have another cuppa cos I had one this morning and if I am still pg I shouldn't have more than two a day and want to save one for later on ..... should probably get some lunch but can't be a*sed!

:rotfl: Laughing at euronorris asking all the questions that we're all secretly thinking :rotfl:
See what was really happening was, I was priming her behind the cloak of PM invisibility to ask all the things even I daren't...:rotfl:
Which reminds me, 2abcde3f (can't remember the letters and numbers combo!), if you put on the birth certificate the 2 ladies/fellas (as the case may be) and that couple splits up, that he or she could get chased for maintenance even if there's no biological link there?"I am indelibly stained by hope and longing" - Nuts in May0 -
Well I've just annunced to my DW that you lot aren't a bad bunch really!
Oh AND that she absolutely must must must take me to my favourite all you can eat sushi restaurant, if we aren't preggers this month. I miss sushi SO much
Are we all at work? what are we doing?
<< Nosey.
I'm at work, in body....my mind is anywhere and everywhere else! haha. Work is so quiet at the moment, plus the senior consultant and manager are both ill and have been out of the office all week, so I haven't been able to get my hands on any extra work, or maintain my focus.
Now I have to complete my timesheet for the week. B0ll0x!
But, 3 day weekend coming up as Monday is a national holiday!Last one here until Boxing Day!

Oh - another pregnancy story (I hope this isn't bad timing, but it does explain the whole fate thing)
Woman we know. 52 years old. Married, children never came, divorced mid 30s.
So, she is a proper career woman - house in Surrey, £100k job, is a lovely woman and is happy with her life in general she is matronly - in fact a bit old before her time in dress and outlook.
Well, we have only found out the old cougar is pregnant! She didn't know herself! She tried to keep her love life quiet (no issue with that, everyone is entitled to privacy but I was shocked she had been kissed in the past 20 years let alone the other).
Then we find out.....
He is 28 years of age! She thought she had menopaused a good while back! It was so funny as all the other ladies discussing this with her are married, 40s/50s with grown children and they were a bit miffed that she is getting more *ahem* than them! She went to the doctors for some stomach issues, he feels her stomach and she says: 'see, I keep getting this movement in my stomach and it won't budge'. Thought there was something really wrong with her. Doc gets out a stethescope, listens then said I think we need a pregnancy test. Me and my sister were crying when she related this story. After a few minutes of cursing the doctor for insulting her so badly she walked out.
Went back a few days later to apologise and request that he took a test. And it was positive!
Shes 6 months gone (she is heavy - think Mrs Bucket on Keeping up appearances - that type of lady) found out 3 weeks ago and is now over the moon. She is of course debating whether she actually wants a relationship or not. It was more of a companionship than an affair.

I was just going to complain that you get a lot of national holidays (didn't you guys have that orange day recently) but then I saw the boxing day comment - ouch! I also remembered that we have had quite a few recently!

I tried doing the same as you and not going until I got home from work but I have this little voice in my head that panics that I have to get on the train back home and what if the train broke down and I was stuck for ages not able to go to the loo! And believe me with Northern rail that's always a possibiliy!littleme82 wrote: »Hi Big Zippy thanks for the explanation (and to you emsbet).

I'm still probably being dim, but if you know you're on CD68, why can't you go back 68days on the FF calendar and tell it you had AF??
As for monster cycles - BUM, I say. BUM to that!I don't want to bog off! You can't make me so there!

Pralines, if we don't post/chat will you carry on? I need entertaining!
- I am not a performing Seal you know:rotfl:
Gosh all these people indoors - i've thunder and lightening here:(. I wish I was at home. Indoors. Legs akimbo:p
OPK's - this whole 3 hours holding urine thing was a bit of an issue, but was easily resolved... I generally leave work around 5/6 and it takes an hour to an hour and a half to get home plus I rarely drink tea after 4 so it gives enough time. This month I just tested every day (even when still on period) as I had never had an OPK.

Yes you are! Now, chop, chop, get to it! :rotfl:
I honestly don't know how anyone manages to hold their pee for 3 hours! I can barely last n hour and a half! I've come to the conclusion that my bladder is the size of a pea, and about as useful as one too!February wins: Theatre tickets0
