I had a good old cry earlier and feel so much better for it. I was quite tired afterwards - a lot of energy went into those hysterical tears :rotfl:

I can only speak for myself (although in my opinion most of the people on this thread are lovely and I'm sure echo the same sentiments) but everyone is more than welcome on this thread. Although of course I'm sure they're very happy on your forum too.

I have a question re the CBFM, hoping someone can help!

Can your 'high' readings change on a month by month basis? Last month I had 5, and this month Im on 3 already and if my cycle is as long as last month, look set to have more - is this usual?
