Our appointment arrived yesterday for the fertility clinic referral. It's on 7th June, so things are moving relatively quickly for us. :T

Having a drink will affect it, but I'd say you got +opk late Sunday, so you should've ov'd somewhere between Monday morning - Tuesday night:) Egg lives for about 24hrs after that.

No, some people have short spike lasting just hours, and others have a longer one. In any case it'll wane soon after.

Thanks for the info. I don't think I've ov'd as my temp hasn't gone up yet :o I guess there isn't much I can do but wait and see.

I'm struggling a bit with the PMA the last couple of days, feeling very stressed (not just with the TTC). I'm trying to relax but nothing is working and the more it doesn't work the more stressed I get about it. :wall:
Can anyone share what they do to relax? I've never been one who is very good at switching off. I can't help but go over and over things if something is bugging me. Any tips from you lovely ladies would be grately appreciated.:o

    xx

Now you can relax, and let them do all the work:cool:
A lot of people get pg once they get the appt, even before seeing the doctor:)

Hubby indicated in a hypothetical way last night that he wants me to start taking folic acid now. And our first cycle trying will be the one after this next one! So thats End of June. ARGH. Scared!!

Hugs to Mrs E and Cleomolly and anyone else that needs it :grouphug:

Now that's supposed to be a group hug but it makes me laugh as it looks more like a group BD session - which just to be clear I am not suggesting :D
It sooo does!!! Its dirty lol. Makes us look like we are all men too ... if your mind is as filthy as mine! :rotfl:

Congrats to Alwaysthebusybee, fingers crossed all goes well for you.

Congrats to Twigpig for getting the appoinment through, fingers crossed that the threat of a trip to the docs makes your eggies get their butts into gear and give you a BFP!!!

Well, CD29 here and no sign of AF. I don't get many symptoms usually but there are a couple of telltale signs and they haven't appeared yet. I wish I knew how long my 'natural' cycle is but I was on the pill for 11 years and before that my cycle was unbelievably irregular so I haven't a clue now!! I'm not testing just yet though, I'll give it a few more days yet! I doubt I can be that lucky to have caught first time!

I'm back at work today after 2 weeks off and its like I've never been away. There's a big announcement here on Friday and rumours suggest that the area I look after will be closing so I may not have my job when that happens! Hopefully there will be something else for me though and I'm ready for a change anyway!

    I got my tlp today

Wow big congrats on the tlp and hopefully the BFP you've done by now!
Nice to know it can still happen after all those months, gives us all hope.
    Heres to a happy & healthy pg.:T

I don't really set aside any relaxing time and like you TTC is on my mind day and night. I should try to put aside an hour every few days to do nothing. Maybe lie on the sofa and play a nice relaxing album. Maybe light a candle or ask hubby to give you a massage (lol). :)

    *Looking out for busybee*

QQ - Would you mind looking at my FF chart please when you have a few mins spare ? :D On the bottom from 1st June, it's pink on the stats line. Is that FF estimating when AF will arrive? If yes, then OV should be 15th/16th May and my temp went up then, although I've only started temping 6 days ago, lol. How can I tell if I've ovulated or will I not get any useful data from it this month? :)
