    Ello Ladies,

I have been having a think of some postiives of not being pg and the witch arriving at my door yesterday. I feel I have to do this to make me feel better.....So,

    1. I am going out with old work friends tomorrow night and I can enjoy some bubbles, yum!
    2. I am getting my hair highlighted tomorrow for said night out, and not feel bad about the cost, or effect to babba
    3. I can carry on "trying" to get thin before I plan on getting huuuuge :)
    4. I can save more money (or spend it all on night outs and highlights)

Thats about it really, as I said, its just to make me feel better? Anyone got any more? x

You can carry on having fun trying (lots of BD'ing) :D

Morning all, re last night’s discussion, as a newbie I had already decided last month (week? you know the 'will I have period' period) that I was going to disappear if I got a positive rather than announce it, as getting pregnant after a short period of time when I KNOW I'll be more scared than exited would not be fair to some of the ladies in here.

I do think some people can be insensitive (I am human so I know I can be to) and I know people are excited.... but please.... think. How would I feel if I was that person?

And this is coming from someone who can take it or leave it to a point (see I even considered keeping that bit in as I know some people would give a right arm and last rolo for a baby whereas at this point I am fairly neutral even though we are trying. I have left it in as I think it is a pertinent point).

Thanks for the drink opinions I haven’t the time to go back and thank, but I will at some point.

Anyway, ladies, untwist the fallopian tubes, group hug and go forth and multiply. :D

btw - love the bumping tummies phrase - or something like that. Need to go back and add it to my phrase dictionary.

I like you, you're funny! :D I actually had a mental image of you creepy round the door and sitting down! :)

I can see now why there aren't any men on this thread! My poor husband struggles to cope with just one hormonal woman! ;)

Mimi - thanks for the tip re:womanlog - I downloaded it this morning - looks good :)

Anyway I've decide to give the PMA another go! When AF has disappeared I'm going to start tracking my cycle, I'm going to up my dose of Agnus Castus, get me some Royal Jelly and stock up on the Grapefruit juice.

To test the Law of Sod even further I bought myself two pairs of skinny jeans yesterday! ;)

Hope everyone is doing OK today

I thought it was CD1 for me, as full flow started at 6am this morning, but.....has stopped again. *CONFUSED*

I think AF likes to torment us, gets our hopes up that it isn’t really AF and then comes full force!! Hugs hope it sorts itself out soon!

    Good morning to all :)

I wanted to post on the topic last night but can't put the words I wish to say into writing! I struggle that way a lot in life!

I think being a forum of ‘mainly’ ladies it doesn’t help, as someone said overleaf ‘it’s the hormones’ (well we tell ourselves that anyway) lol :p

    :(

I can’t find the right words either …. I think you managed to say everything I think!

My cousin is due in 3 weeks on my 3rd anniversary however she has no fixed home and has been forced to rent (not that renting is bad!) and her partner has been playing silly !!!!!!s but because she is so far gone she is turning a blind eye. Sometimes we have to be grateful for what we have even if it isn’t everything that we want.

Our turn has yet to come – PMA all the way!!

You make me chuckle praline … sneaking in through the door!! Love the expression of untwist the fallopian tubes – fingers crossed for lots more BFP this month!!

I hope everyone continues to post and feels comfortable posting. I for sure find the support and knowledge on this forum outstanding. In addition I'd hope that anyone (whether they've been trying for a month or for a year) would feel comfortable posting the exciting news of getting a BFP. Please don't sneak off quietly because you're too scared to share your happy news with us.

I hope everyone continues to post too …

Edited: CONGRATULATIONS Clamity Clare, forgot to post in my original when you were the main reason for me posting in the first place!! Hope you have a happy & healthy 8 months!

    Morning Ladies,

I hope everyone is feeling ok today and looking forward to the end of a short week!! CD20 so nothing much to report as far as I can guess I ov Tuesday (CD18) however for last 4 or 5 days I’ve been getting cramps that aren’t painful but are noticeable …. I think it’s ov cramps but can not be sure – anyway seem to have disappeared today yippee!!

Hugs to everyone that needs them!

QQ – If no AF then I will be testing around 16/17th May so we might be testing buddies!! Good Luck for tomorrow with your last injection!!

I read somewhere that you shouldn't but I'm not sure if this is all dyes or just some or not even true.

I know my sister, who is a hairdresser, dyed hers when she was pg with both her babies and they are both fine when I asked her about it she said she was never told it was bad

Wow there are some highly charged opinions flying around on this thread! Just diving into the mosh pit to add my two pennies (bullet-pointed to save time, sorry in advance if anything comes across a bit bluntly):
    • I have utmost respect for those ladies who have been trying for months or even years without success – but keep on trying. Especially those of you who are nothing but supportive and helpful to everyone who posts, and (seemingly at least) pleased for people when they get a BFP. Your time will come, as it will for all of us.
    • I’m not quite sure what length of time “qualifies” someone to get upset/sad/irritated over the TTC process. I’ve been TTC since xmas – I’m guessing by many peoples’ standards that’s “not long enough” yet! I don’t think anyone has the right to say that someone doesn’t deserve to feel sad sometimes about TTC unsuccessfully – or excited/happy if they are successful after only a short time.
    • As far as I’m aware, there are no rules over who can and can’t post on a particular thread. I personally couldn’t care less whether someone is banging away every day, doing the rhythm method, WTTC, dipping their proverbial toe in the water – whatever! If you want to post, post! (as long as you’re not a nasty person who is deliberately being mean :) )
I’ll leave my political comments there, I think! :D

Well, I followed through on my threat and did BD last night ;) Was fun! :j

On the subject of supplements – I only take folic acid at the mo but will take a proper pregnancy vitamin once I get a BFP. Too expensive to take all these things long term!

Off to see some friends tonight so won’t be on here again until tomorrow night now – in the meantime, play nicely children!

    BB x
