You are entitled under DSR to a full refund including delivery charges. However you are not entitled to any interest repayments.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

    Hi sandie3,

To save your query getting mixed up with others I am going to track through and find as many of the posts on this as I can and move them into a thread of their own.

It will take a few minutes - then look for a new thread call Marshall Ward postage refund

    Hi Rosie, :)

This is a general discussion thread, so I'll move your query into a thread of its own to avoid things getting tangled up.

Watch for Tesco misprice error - TV stand

It will show up in the main listing on the board shortly.

    Hi, :)

This thread was originally opened to discuss the MSE Article as listed in the first post.

Discussion has long since stopped and members have been posting questions here. Because the answers to questions asked at the same time can all get tangled up and confusing you are advised to open a thread of your own when you have a query.

    :)

I got the post "unstuck" (with permission from FT - needed because it's their posting) and I reckon it's time to ask if I can just close it. It was hardly ever used for discussion in the first place. But somehow people keep dragging it back up the listing.

So, as you see, I've posted in and modified the title a bit. Hm... :)
