The current weather isn't very "summer weddingy" Spud so I'm sure you can sort something.

Thanks for that link Ames, I just had a go at the tests - blimey - I've not used some of those parts of my brain for ages.....I never was very hot on science.....I did come out with 2 ambers and 2 greens though (with a little bit of help).

It's peeing it down here and I've just put the washing out - (obviously it wasn't raining when I did it)

*waves from ooop North* My head also hurts..too much wine last night and too much thinking today.

Got to me mothers last night and watched Bigbro final with mum and neighbour with wine....felll asleep, woke up at 4am!!! and did an online exam for the training I did yesterday. I am now a Xero certified partner...it basically means I can service some of my clients online with an online bookkeeping system. More importantly it means I now get on their website as an approved accountant...:j

Since then I have spent all day rewriting a business plan and preparing new cashflows and stuff for my friend who has had the promise of a grant cruelly taken back at the last minute.....

and i am supposed to be chilling...:o

Spud great that you've got the invite but sorry you have the problem with what to wear. Would your ds get away with wearing his school trousers and shirt ? Just a thought. What are the trousers like your OH wears to work - again could he wear them with a shirt from a cs ? Your dd maybe could borrow something off a school friend ? Really hope you are able to go. XX

My instinct is to say we cant go, or let him go by himself, which would pee DH off greatly as he's quite fond of this lad.

DH has the luxury of not caring one jot what he's wearing or what anyone thinks of him, I'm not like that.

His work pants are plain navy, so he could just wear a nice shirt. DS's uniform trousers havent arrived yet, but are also navy. DD hasnt really got anything suitable, and with it being school hols, most of her mates are away at the moment.

spud - any neighbours you could borrow something for DD from? Perhaps check the friends she does have at home still?

So you can find something for you, does DH have any shirts in the wardrobe? DS can wear uniform trousers, so only DD to sort?

    'grats Sammy.

Spud - what size is DD/how old is she? Might any of us here have something she could wear?

I got two greens, an amber and a red (for the basic maths bit, oops). Surprised I got the science bit OK as it's a long time since I did any science!

Well done on the exam Sammy :T

The only friend that was here went up to Scotland at the weekend. I'm not sure what DH has, or should I say what fits. I'll have to have a think. Pretty sure neither of them have going out type shirts though.

She's nearly 15, size 14 to 16. We need to have a think. Bunny found her a gorgeous top in Primark that really suited her. Maybe I could nip to our local one when DH gets paid the day before the wedding. Nowt like leaving it late ehh :o
