Yeah I have an account but rarely use it to be honest. Was one of the last I signed up to so maybe I haven't given it enough attention as I should then.

My tip for 1p at the moment is refreshing a lot. If submit won't work, press f5 and it will take you to the next Q and ask you to fill in the missing answer. Working for me that way.
Tol have also added me on quite a few 100 points today for writing 80 word opinions on other peoples topics. I just wish they would credit all my open surveys.
Found you Iris. I'm sure others who want to can now find you through my friends list.0 -
Hi Froggy,
I don't think you get anything for referring on Toloona, but I'd recommend it for you to try. You have to persevere with it though. I hated it at first as it was so boring. You can easily make £15 a month on it in vouchers. I'm aiming for £30.
Are you with onep0ll already ? I can refer for that - I love onep0ll. In this household we get £160 pa for that, not including the childrens money. It's worth doing and worth referring people.
Iris :j
I'll try Tloona tonight and let you know how I get on..I am not with OneP0ll, could you please refer me?
Cheers

You are all doing so well with the surveys, I'm a bit fed up of them at the mo. Taking up too much time, when I should be doing other household chores. I do all the ones in my inbo but don't chase for them. IYSWIM
There's never anything for me on 1poll. Don't know why.OPs so far £42,139

Yes they take up a lot of time but I'm not working so I can pop on and off the net a few times a day (more than that really! ) and see what's about.
Another gorgeous day here and the washing is out.
It's my DS4 birthday today and I made him a birthday cake yesterday. My first ever 1 because I've not got a big oven and 2 because I've always worked and although I cook I don't tend to bake as well, apart from biscuits. I really enjoyed it. ..I just hope it tastes nice. He was thrilled , probably because its massive and chocolate! :bdaycake:
We got word of DHs bonus today and its not as much as I thought but it will pay off the CC and we will have a little left over which I'll put in the ISA.
DH has also just heared about an internal interview planned for the beginning of April. We are really happy about that and hopefully he'll get it. It would save a fair amount in fuel costs so a saving there and it has just got to make him happier than where he is now. He dreads going to work anyway as he doesn't like leaving me and the littlies but then having to travel 30 miles to somewhere that is so mismanaged, unprofessional and blatantly happy to break the law..it goes against everything he's believes. He hears that other depots are not run this way . So fingers crossed for the transfer.
Parents evening tonight - Don't you just hate them..? No? That's either because your children are young yet or you only have a small amount of children!I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -

you simpy CANNOT beat homemade chocolate cake!
Any idea on the job how many internal applicants they are allowing?
Kids to young for a parents evening but truth be told I am looking forward to them when they do start (always loved them as a kid, but I was a good little boy)

Not sure ..we've been told already he's got the job but that's gossip for you! He can't have it as he's not had an interview and not even said yes yet!
We heard 2 others had gone for it , it sounds like they are internal as newbies have to go through tests on an away-day to see if they are up for the job. Its a job where you can't just walk into it you have to had had knowledge and experience. They aren't many other depots in north so unless someone wants to relocate not many will apply internally. Its just the same job as he does now..but closer to home.
I don't mind parents evening that much its just that at this school its an hour and a half long...the appointments have about 20 mins between them, there's no way I could take the babies as its just chaos! I want to go though as DS4 has dyslexia and his report was bad, a good score on work but very poor on effort ( I'm sure I've said that the right way round but I'd have to check) I'm wondering if this is the only way they can score for him as he tries extremely hard and it doesn't sound right at all. If this is the case then I don't think they should score this way for children with dyslexia. I didn't show him his report he would have been very upset.
P.S Drain still not fixed, just cleared it out and there was a dead fish there. Yuk!I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
I know what you mean about parents evening - finding someone to babysit then hang about hoping you dont miss your slot or end up in a huge queue as teachers have run over:mad:
Nevermind at least mine only have maybe 2 per year:D
The cake sounds yummy hope your son has a lovely birthday!:)

DH just phoned and the car wouldn't start and he's 30 miles away from home! He's managed to get it started but he's crawling home just in case. He's hardly got any fuel either and darent stop to fuel up. We think its the starter motor that he got the other day. It never rains....
DS loves his cake and I've just pinched a bit its gorgeous ..I'm so proud of myself. DS3 and DS4 just had a tea of free pancake mix from the offer at T3sco ( They paid me £1 to take it away )- a nice treat which they loved followed by the cake. Happy times.I can't be bothered updating this anymore0
