Goodness Amazon for nappies, that's a great deal and I never would have thought!!Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
-
Yes it's a fab deal. If you subscribe to their service you get so much off the price. Don't let that put you off though as you can have them whenever you like and cancel at anytime. Wipes are great value too. The stuff comes next day delivery too. I haven't signed up for that prime thing - all my amazon stuff comes next day. :T to Amazon
Well car news :  Bad lets not go there.. £72 for DH to fix it himself. He has to waste fuel again going back to pick the part up at 5pm
Other bad news OH had a burger - £5:mad: I'm not happpy ..why do they have to buy a drink too and then come home and eat it. Why not have a drink at home ??I wouldn't mind but we only had £14 left out of the takeaway budget anyway. I didn't get anything. I'd rather save my bit of the money. I'm putting the £9 in the ISA now. No ones touching it !
But my good news...... :j:j
My DD broke the glass dome to my lovely cake stand that I bought at Christmas http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kitchen-Craft-Classic-Collection-Ceramic/dp/B002ASYY48/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1300713343&sr=8-3 I was quite upset as I love the cake stand. I emailed the company over the weekend asking if I could buy another one and they are sending me the glass dome for free. :Tto Kitchen craft for excellant customer service! 10/10I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Mixed bag of news then, but you always end up on top! We should all take a leaf of your book!
Well done Iris!

I also noticed someone saying they got pet food from amaz0n. Amazing what you can pick up there nowadays.
Glad you got the invite. Just thought i would point out to you and lilac if she is around that on DY, the kids outdoor toys are currently 60p a review. Stuff like coupe cars, climbing frames. Might be a good place to start. I have just thought of it when i did one myself for our climbing frame.0 -
Funny you should mention the childrens toys as we've just been to the park and there was a climbing frame and I thought "Michelle has one of those" You're on my mind all the time , even away from MSE! :rotfl:
I didn't tell you but what you did to the mince and onion pie ...happened to me days before, only I still used it!It was fine but normally I wouldn't have used the pastry.
I think I'll be a bit poor when it comes to writing reviews, I've been on mat leave for 2 years now and haven't had to use my brain much ( I actually wrote Brian then and had to correct it..see what I mean! ) And you'd never guess how many times I type the word dairy instead of diary!
Just look out for the reviews with all the mistakes and it'll be me!I can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Your pastry wasn't as old as mine then. Mine was actually a bit grey in appearance and smelled foul. I couldn't have cooked it without binning the lot.
Ah hun, you write well enough here. We all make those typos which is why the computer has a delete button.0 -
I'll be your DY friend too. You might be able to find me from Michelle's circle of friends?Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0

I've signed up to DY now. I need time to read just what to do now. I've had a quick look and it looks o.k, I'm not sure on how to add friends though but I'll read about that unless people want to add me?
6am start this morning - thanks to DD. it's a good job I love her.
Plans for today:
Jet wash the overflowing drain as we still haven't done this
Fix the car - DH not me
Get DH to drop me off at Mr A's for socks and babygros whilst he goes to barbers
Look at leaking washing machine pipe
Take photos of 2 items I couldn't get on ebay when it was free listing weekend
make HM c&onion pie - not sure on this yet depending if pastry will defrost on time
fit some surveys in
Tolooona updated overnight which I'm very happy about . My second voucher this month and I've still got 17 surveys outstanding. Go me !
I've got onto 1poll this morning and I'm quite liking the new site. £1.10 made there this morning already and it's only 7am !
