    I received my EPC report yesterday and I scored a D not a C - I feel like I've failed a GCSE or similar! :o It's still a good score but even so...I'm disappointed. :(

The house and where I'm up to ...I've still been busy busy busy with cleaning and painting ..Why is it everytime I turn around something else needs painting!...The viewing is still on for Thursday so Wednesday I have some painting to do ( told you!) and then Thurs morning is going to be cleaning morning. Wah hey! I lead an exciting life. :)

Fingers crossed for me...:)that these people want to buy the house on Thursday. The house had only been on the market for 3 days when I got the call on monday to say they wanted to view Thurs. They haven't a property to sell so fingers crossed for me.

We recently ordered our credit report online as we've never shut down old CC's . It's come through and OH has AKA my name on it, so both our reports are mixed together. :( They said it could be 2 weeks until it's sorted out. I really hope this doesn't mess up our mortgage application when the time comes. :(

Baby blue... due one week today but I've asked the stork to bring him on Friday. :j:D

LP - Perfect timing I would say - you have every exscuse not to lift a finger then! It'll work out in the end , it always does. Good luck and I hope the bank of Mum and Dad cough up and they put in a offer soon.:)

No movement as of yet Froggy, I'm hoping for Friday night when everything is done and dusted for the week and we've just eaten our Asda curry "takeaway"! One push and he can come out and I can have a large glass of chilled white wine waiting for me. Bliss! :D

PS I've secretly come on line... to check the on line mortgage account its 1.13am ...why hasn't it updated yet for the day. Cmon H/F! I want to know my balance

    Back in the "morning"!

Arh Froggy you got me blushing! :o

My spreadsheets predicts £251 for next months interest. I think I'd be really pushing it to get below that what with Xmas looming plus I need to save for the EA's fees £2000 and odd  ...but I'll give it a go ! GG you have spurred me on girl ! :)

Thanks guys! I feel like I'm a winner already :D

Your Friday evening is certainly sounding a lot more exciting than mine!

Go on, hit that £250 target!!!
    June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!
  • I'll just have the curry and glass of wine thanks. :rotfl:We would all be so freaked out if you did have him on Friday now.

Lilac - Your DD is almost the same age as my DS1. 18th of October for him, and it certainly was not just one push.
