I just want him here now so I can get on with it...plus I told OH if he comes early we can claim Child benefit earlier ...more money= more Op's :p:D

Seriously though, 10/10/10 is a cool birthday but I don't want to go over again this time, seeing as this is a boy and he should be heavier I shouldn't go overdue like I did with DD as the weights there to get him into my pelvis. Looking at my notes he was estimated last week to be 8lb 6oz ! But the heavier they are the easier to part with ...apparently.

I want you all to visualise me giving birth on Friday night to encourage him out ... oh maybe not , Im not sure I like that image actually. :rotfl:

Watch this space as he has to come out sometime!

I can't be bothered updating this anymore

Em, prepared to help out IB but that's a tad too far I'm afraid . How about I picture us all sitting here from Fri teatime pressing F5, as we did with Courgette?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • yes lots of water popping eviction type vibes. Baby Blue hopefully will make a quick appearence.

Cha - How old is DS2?? my DD2 is a July 08 birthday so I had just over 21 months between them, now all they do is fight.

Is this a MFW baby boom. Is it a bit like that seat at work that seems to be curesed, sit on it and your pregnant. My 1st was 6 day over and 8lb9, DD2 was induced at 37+6 because she hadn't grown for a week and was 8lb 3. I seem to be blessed with quick labours which is good until you think about it properly and think oh H E double hokey sticks.

  • All this baby talk is making me even more broody, am looking forward to your Announcement! My friend has a c-section booked for 11 oct I think she was hoping for 10/10/10. I never got a chance to go overdue so maybe thats why I feel I still want to be pregnant as I don't feel I experienced it all
    Fingers crossed for tomorrow

Sorry :rotfl: Your plan sounds even better!

Thanks for your vibes and encouragement girlie's. I really hope that the vibes do something. I tried inserting 5 EPO last night to soften the cervix but they woke me up and then I was covered in the stuff. I think I’ll try more of a natural method later to see if that softens it. :)

The viewing ...Well they came , they saw and they went again. ( good job really as I wouldn't have wanted them to move in just yet! :rotfl:) I was surprised to answer the door to a elderly couple ( I don't know why I just was ) who nodded and ohhh and arrhhhed. She seemed to like it, he asked questions about electrics and servicing. Personally I know if I like a house from pictures straightaway and if it's worth seeing or not. I've only seen one which I know is the one I want to live in already, but I understand that some people like to get value for money and compare and all that. Boring! If you know you know! Don't waste time

I got the the impression that they had viewed a far amount of houses and was even viewing the one for sale up the road for me straight after mine even though she knew she didnt like it. (then why view ...? ). I feel a little disappointed but you never know hey.

I've just ironed my rug ...Im giggling now I've put that as I can guess what you're thinking. :D We bought a Ikea rug and it had a crease in it , we changed it and now the new one has developed a crease. Lovely looking rug except for the crease so I got my blue peter hat on and thought Hmmm I'll turn it over and iron it...and it worked. :T Go me so now I have a crease free rug. Im impressed with myself as I couldn't bear taking it back to Ikea again.

    fingers crossed for tomorrow :)

  • :rotfl:I'm sat chuckling at you ironing your rug.

If the viewers were meant to be you will hear from them. I don't think you could do any more to get ready.

Lilac my DS2 was may 08. 18 months between them is hard, but at least they are both fairly big now. Hardest was when they both needed new nappies at the same time and i felt like i was lining them up. Then potty training while we had a crawling about baby. At least they sometimes napped at the same time in the afternoon.

Moving house at the same time as having a baby..............and it is your 6th......glutton for punishment....?! He, he!:p As you've seen on my thread I can barely look after myself - if it wasn't for ready meals I might starve! And I still have 2 boxes yet to be unpacked from when I moved in 26 months ago (taking about months makes it sound less than saying its been over 2 years!)

Congrats on your O/Ps, must be great to see the daily interest you are saving with each O/P - I must try to crunch some figures this weekend.

Good luck for tomorrow - I will have my fingers crossed for you! (But that will be my only method of encouragement - visualising it is a step too far for me!)
    Mort at highest - June 2008 - £171,000 - Daily Int 5.9% = £27.64:eek:
    Offset Mort - Nov 2010 £150,299- Daily Int 3.75% = Nov £15.44
    Mortgage Jan 2012 - £136,000 - Daily Int 3.75% - £3.10
