Hi everyone

I have an 06 ford s-max with the denso visteon installed but its gone faulty, iv provisionally purchased a direct replacement from eBay which im collected in a few hours. But it doesn't have the PIN....is this something you can assist with. I'm travelling to Cornwall from Surrey on Saturday and it wont be fun with 3 kids and no air conditioning

You will have to get the serial number off the radio to find the code. You should find it on the label on the back. It will be a M or V followed by six numbers.

Let us know the serial number and we can find your code.
